One of the worst car washes ever. So many spots missed completely . I'm not sure what the guy with the spray bottle was doing, three squirts before entering the wash. Give him a long handled brush sponge mop, something that would actually help.

Went there Friday and told myself that’s the last time I go. Increased prices, the actual wash doesn’t work half the time, no tire shine, the dryer does not dry, had to search for towels to dry off myself, half their vacuums didn’t work and waited 15 minutes for a vacuum to open only to find it barely worked. For $24 yep I’m done with Zips

This place is a ghetto. I’ll never be back. This used to be the cleanest and best on the island. It left a white film/ white dried bit of soap I guess?? Talked to the guy next to me using a vacuum. He said it’s been sold 2x’s in the past couple of years! What a pit! Go somewhere else!

I was in town for the weekend of a storm. A kind gentleman gave me the best suggestion on which wash I needed and assisted me as I was the first to pull in to the bay. My car looked as if it belonged to someone once again. Thank you

They got better for a little while now worse than ever!! We just returned to Hilton Head having not been here since the early spring. Zips had always been off again and on again but they seemed to have figured themselves out. Just went through and it was awful!! The line was all the way out to the road. No one knew how to run the machines. All the attendants wants to do is sell memberships which further holds up the line. And the wash? Forget about it. Half the machines have no cleaning heads, the chemical sprayers only partially function, and the driers are worthless. No doubt the worst car wash ever. Oh yeah, and it’s $30. Seriously cannot say how disappointed I am.

A mechanical malfunction of some kind put those gouge in my previously unscathed Mercedes S class. Then i had to fight with their district manager and corporate Risk Manager sending 40+ time-stamped pictures and time stamped videos to prove that the damage occurred there. No corporate phone numbers are available to the public so you wrestle with forced to communicate via a portal and third party representatives. Very dissatisfied.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. When I opened my back hatch there was soap everywhere and my car still had suds on the sides and I had to completely dry the car on my own. I bought the $18 car wash. After reading some other reviews. I did not get a tire shine or wax. No one sprayed my car before entering.

Extremely disappointed in this $30 car wash! First, the sign in the online photo says that the top wash is $25, but it’s actually $30. If you have a Jeep Wrangler do not waste your money on getting it washed here; only 50% of my Jeep was clean after going through the wash. I had to spend 30 minutes wiping it down to get it completely clean :-(.

We tried to get a car wash at zips at Hilton head and they would not let us go through even though we assured them we have an account in Georgia. He said we don’t even have any zips car washes near our town. All I had to do was go to the app and look for the locations and there we were but he didn’t allow us thru.

I pay for the most expensive car wash that ZIPS provide. Unfortunately, the gentleman that took a second to one swipe pressure wash my car’s front end did nothing to help all the dead bugs that were on my car. Then once I went through my $40 car wash it didn’t take off any of the simple dirt or water on my fairly new vehicle. I wash my car every few days so it wasn’t that dirty. They have the audacity to charge $40 then I have to re wipe the entire car and clean it once it comes out of the wash?!? I also have to perform all the interior vacuuming and cleaning?!? Good thing I keep my car immaculate because with nothing in my car except for a little dirt collected in my all-weather mats and my dusting it still took me an hour. All because the wash did nothing! Don’t waste your time or money. There are other companies in the area that actually work. Some of them actually still provide the service where they perform the interior clean for the same price. The two companies that are in the area that charge these fees and make you do all the work when your car is no cleaner than when you started should be ashamed! Then they don’t even let you park in the covered areas to do the interior cleaning and leave it closed but roped off so your dressed up and drenched from heat and humidity. Unreal!!!!

I have been going to you for a several months paying The monthly withdrawal I’ve complained several times that the car is not properly rinsed in the back SOAP is still on the back window when you pull out. Nothing seems to be being done about it.
As I stopped to speak to the very nice employees, other cars were also complaining that every single time they leave they have to rinse their back window. I hope you can rectify the situation.
