Ron and team were awesome! The muffler rusted off my car while on vacation, I was able to pick up a replacement muffler from NAPA in the AM and Island Auto Service installed it later that afternoon for a very reasonable fee for labor. Highly recommend!

We travelled a long distance to Hilton Head Island for vacation and one of our car tires developed a leak. We called Island Auto Service as the reviews were so good and we weren’t disappointed! We were able to take our car in to them that morning, they fixed the leak and we were on our way within 20 minutes. All of the guys here are very friendly and we are extremely impressed with the service we received.

We were traveling when our tire was going flat. We googled tire places and this company was a 5 star. I definitely give it a 5 star +. They stopped what they were doing to help us. They plugged the tire. The service here is amazing. Thank you South Carolina. Island Auto Service is fantastic

This repair shop has got to be a well kept secret, as well as a secret location for auto repair shops on the island! It's Thursday and I have to travel to Atlanta early tomorrow. My car starts making a terrible knocking sound coming from the left front tire area, great...... I'm thinking going down the interstate at 70 mph and the left front of my car falls apart!I called some of the more obvious repair shops, explained my situation only to be told no appointments available until (of course) Friday afternoon. I called Island Auto Service, they listened, told me they had a quick opening in an hour.Sorta hard to find, but when I arrived and walked in everyone spoke to me and directed me to the boss. Car fixed, inspected for any other problems and was charged a very reasonable cost. I drove out with the utmost confidence that I was once again safe!Highly recommended!!!!

Vehicle had issues on our vacation and was the ONLY person that would look at my car. They got it in immediately and diagnosed the problem. It was too serious for them to take care of since we lived so far away. They were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!!

On vacation in Hilton Head, had either an engine or exhaust issue. The folks from Island Auto took us in right at 8am, diagnosed the issue and made the repair quick, seemless and incredibly reasonable price. And saved our vacation. This team is awesome and I would recommend them to everyone. In fact I told the resort where we are staying that they should send anyone needing automotive car to them.Awesome job, to a fantastic team.Thank you very much.

After two failed attempts to have Express Tire and Oil in Bluffton balance my tires (how hard could it be) I went to Island Tire and got it done right. Express Tire and Oil claimed I needed an expensive 4 wheel alignment to stop wheel shake? I’ll never go there again! Island Tire noticed my brake pads had only 1 mm and fixed my brakes before something bad happened. I drove 18 miles to have them service my truck and am so glad I did! I used to use them when I lived nearby and one just can’t take honesty at auto repair shops for granted anymore.

I turned up, w/ no appointment, with a slow puncture (nail in tyre). Service was professional, friendly, fast, and great value.They’re now my go-to auto shop on the Island.
