From the initial connection, I felt like they were there to give me their best. After meeting Jennifer for the first time, I was sure of my above statement. Jennifer jump in feet first and got to work on my taxes. She gave me the information that I needed to bring back with me and said she would be in contact. I don't think my taxes were complex but if so, I had the right person sitting across from me. She gave me advice and information to the tee. Awesome job!

I have the highest praise for Ted Orban, Master Tax Advisor and Business Services Director at HHI H&R Block. He has provided expert guidance regarding handling business and personal taxes as one working virtually, with a business in another state. While preparing my 2021 business and personal taxes and conducting a routine review of the previous year’s return, he found errors that concerned him so much, he went back to 2018 and redid them all. This has resulted in a refund of $20,000 from previous year’s returns. He has also guided me into updating my business’s bookkeeping and payroll systems to platforms that will be more streamlined, economical, and time efficient.
