We called Hilton Head Bicycle Company late on Thanksgiving eve and they delivered bikes to us within about 15 minutes. They also extended our rental for only two of the bikes with no problems. Also, the bikes were very nice and we enjoyed riding them on the beach. Would definitely do business with them again!

The bicycles we rented from Hilton Head Bicycle Company were in excellent condition, and were waiting at the rental when we arrived. We have vacationed at HHI for decades, and biking is a big part of our enjoyment. We’ve rented from HHBC before, and will again.

We are very pleased with our recent bike rentals. We have used this company for several years. They keep the bikes in great condition. The bikes were waiting on us when we arrived at our condo as promised.The staff is very pleasant and eager to assist. The price is very reasonable. We will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to rent bikes at Hilton Head

Great service! Bikes were available in the location we were told and arrived on time. We were notified via text of the lock combination. Great prices too! When I called to add another bike the person that answered was nice and helpful. Consistent communication via email as well!

We rented bikes for 2 weeks in Oct/Nov 2023. This company not only provides good bikes, but its Customer Service is Excellent! Very small issues can arise over two weeks of biking, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of the same day we contacted them! Two weeks of enjoying the bikes allowing us non-stop fun riding around Hilton Head Island!

We had a wonderful experience with Hilton Head Bicycle Company! Our bikes were already delivered at our rental when we arrived. The bikes were well-maintained, easy to ride, and easy to adjust. Our six bikes came with three locks and baskets, both very helpful. We especially loved the “WeeHoo” attachments that allowed our 2 and 4-year old sons to ride behind each of us. We hope to visit again next year and if so, we will definitely be using Hilton Head Bicycle Company.

We rented four bicycles for a week while we were visiting Hilton Head Island. The company was great in booking, super user-friendly to book online. I did, however, have to make an altercation to the order in which caused an issue on the backend, saying that the bikes had been delivered. This resulted in us having our bicycles delayed by a day after we got to the island. The company was very understanding and quickly resolved the issue, as well as gave us a refund for one day for each of the bikes. Great customer service, and quick responses.

This is the place for an e bike on Hilton Head! The bike is amazing! You'll be sad to go back to a regular one! The service is 10 star! They are friendly, responsive and bring the bike to your doorstep! Can't wait to rent from them again!

Amazing experience! I contacted two different companies and Hilton Head Bike was incredibly responsive after hours. I dealt with both Jim (via email) and Sue (by phone) and they were fantastic. The bikes were there when we arrived at our property and had baskets, locks and helmets. When they came to pick up the bikes on departure day we happened to be outside and were given a very sincere “thank you for your business.” You can’t fake genuine; this business is the real deal! Would definitely use again on our next visit. Wonderful service and people!

We have used Hilton Head Bicycle Company for years and have always had the best experiences. The bikes are waiting on us when we arrive and are picked up when we leave. It’s simple & worth every cent of the very reasonable price. We biked every day.

What could be better than having bikes delivered the day you arrive for a beach vacation and picked up when you leave? HHI is loaded with bike paths and each evening our whole family biked to get ice cream; each day we rode on the beach. It was great! We only took the car out of the garage once all week. The bikes were in great shape and we had no issues; customer service was great!

We have used them every time when we come to Hilton Head. Quick delivery and our bikes are always waiting for us. One of our bikes a fewdays later had a flat and they brought us another bike within the hour.Fantastic service, friendly and very caring. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Awesome service and great bikes. We’ve rented from other companies in the past, but this has been our best experience so far. We were able to extend our reservation by a few days because we were enjoying the bikes so much!

Hilton Head bicycle has AMAZING service. They were very welcoming and friendly. Gave me and my family of 7 really good ideas and things to do in Hilton Head. Also followed behind us with their vehicle as we left the rental place on our bikes to make sure no traffic got behind us. Amazing service and will be back to do more business.

Rented a premium road/gravel bike for longer training rides. Great bike. Prompt delivery. Only minor issues: 1) seat didn’t have a flip leaver to adjust height-needed a tool which I didn’t have. It also did not come with the normal patch/tube/CO2 bag that is normal on this type of rental-I rode the bike to the shop and this was remedied. No problem. 2) I did 3 day rental. It was delivered late afternoon/evening- but it was picked up at noon on last day. Really had it one full day. Luckily, I did a real early ride the last day so I was done. And I only planned a short ride the first evening, so I guess I got that in by having to ride to the shop for seat adjustment and tube repair stuff. Not the best value for more than $200, but I basically got the riding in I wanted and the bike met expectations.
