We were on vacation this weekend and our alternator went out. We were five hours from home on a Friday afternoon. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. They diagnosed our car and had a tech come in on his day off to insure that we could leave town Sunday. We couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful for these folks. Highly recommend.

Was in from out of town and low tire pressure light came on. I called and they said to come by a little while before closing and they'd take a look. I got there and they immediately took a look. Didnt find any issues with the tires them selves, so did a quick calibration and it seemed to fix the issues. Guys were super friendly, they didnt charge me and was done quickly. Very much appreciated it!

Bryant and his team are first class. They explain what needs to be done if I go in with an issue and the repair it cost effectively and timely. If it's routine maintenance they do it perfectly and promptly.
I've been using HH Autotech for 8 years and I highly recommend them.

Honest...as a woman another shop told me i needed a $1600.00 repair when i know i did not. My husband did my brakes and forgot shims on one wheel. I trust them.the other place refused to align my car statingbad tie rods.i will not go anywhere else since i am a rideshare driver and need honesty.

I was on vacation driving from Canada leaving in 4 days and my car started overheating. After calling around to a couple different places, these guys took me in same day. Apparently my rad was shot and leaking and had to be replaced. They had me fixed up within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Can’t be happier with the friendly and fast service I received. They completely saved us a huge headache and stress by fixing us up so quickly. Thank you!

Recently, a bunch of warning lights lit up on my dashboard. A friend suggested I call HHI Auto Techs- and I'm so glad I did!
This was a first visit for me. I called and they were able to see me within the hour. My warning light issues were resolved promptly, and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way again. I learned more about automobiles during that visit than I have in a lifetime of dealership patronage. I received service with a smile and now happily call myself a customer! I'll be back!

Awesome, clean, and professional repair shop! I was dropping off customer’s suv that needed a tow. The owner greeted me and even though they were almost closed I still got the keys to the counter!

I am a resident of HHI. I was looking for a battery to be installed in a friend’s truck. Went to 3 different parts stores and kin could help. Hit a referral to AutoTech from AutoPartsPlus. Thank goodness. Bryant was awesome! He was pleasant, fun and efficient. Got the new battery and great service in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business. My new auto place!

I was in Hilton Head on vacation with my family last summer during the peak of the heat wave. The day after we arrived, our AC started blowing hot air. With 3 small children and a elderly dog and a 14 hour drive home coming up at the end of the week, no AC was NOT an option. Hilton Head Auto Techs went out of their way to get our AC back to blowing cold and even offered to be available after-hours if we ran into any last minute problems before our departure. Can't recommend enough! Great shop - great people!! ..and very reasonable prices. Thanks again!
