My husband and I drove to South Carolina and spent five days in Hilton Head. On the third day on the island, the air conditioning in our Dodge Durango stopped working. You can imagine how hot and humid it was in August. We needed to leave for the Northeast two days later. Our concierge at Ocean Oak Resort, Julie M, recommended H&H. We called them, and they squeezed us in on the morning of our departure and fixed the AC. Waiting for the repair, I could not believe how comfortable and clean the waiting room and bathroom were, and how nice the front office people were. The price of the repair was reasonable, and we drove the long distance home in cool comfort. Thank you, H&H.

I'm an Uber driver and when Scott left the priority of getting me in and out left. I wanted to get new spark plugs and coils they told me the car had to be cool so I stupidly left it overnight at 10:00 a.m. they hadn't even touched my car and told me there were people waiting in the waiting room. I was 2 minutes away went in got my keys will never go back and there was nobody in the waiting room. Since Scott left this place is terrible

These guys were great. I'm fairly new to HH and was still trying to find a trustworthy, reliable mechanic. I found them. Didn't recommend anything the car didn't need. They were fast and kept to their word. They gained a new customer in me.

We’ve used H&H for 4 years. They have consistently exceeded our expectations. They do quality work at reasonable prices. They are trustworthy and they go the extra mile to get the work done quickly. Most recently, I dropped off my car with a damaged tire the morning after a holiday—they had it fixed and ready to pick up in an hour and 10 minutes . They’re amazing!

Superb honest automotive service. We have had both our vehicles serviced recently with H&H Automotive and we are very pleased. Michael & John do a terrific job efficiently scheduling, estimating cost, and completing services. I especially like the owners post-service follow-up to make sure their service went well. Highly recommend H&H Automotive. A longtime HHI resident recommended H&H Automotive and we trily appreciated that since we are new residents.

Professional and trustworthy! Accommodated my needs even though their shop was extremely busy. It’s never easy dealing with a mechanical issue while on vacation but they resolved the problem so our family could travel home safely. Highly recommended!

My experience at H&H auto service was amazing. Mike May is so great he fixed my car super fast and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Jon was very polite and courteous, I recommend going and talking to him about your car problems he'll make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of.
