Great customer service, repair was timely and the crew was a pleasure to work with. They had replaced a side mirror on my car, the paint matched perfectly. I think they even vacuumed the floor mats!!!

I brought my 2020 Dodge Charger to be repaired here last month, because I had a positive experience here a couple of years ago.
A couple of days after picking it up, I realized it still had the same damaged headlight from the accident. I immediately contacted my insurance and Joe Hudson’s.
The manager of this location, Dave, said “insurance said nothing about a headlight.” That is not correct according to my insurance company, they paid Joe Hudson’s for a new headlight assembly and they failed to do the work they were paid for. I was even told by my adjuster that a new headlight assembly was on the original estimate that I provided Joe Hudson’s with. Not to mention when I dropped my vehicle off and the front desk man took photos, he mentioned the headlight was damaged, so they obviously knew about it before even starting repairs.
Dave offered to “try to rub it out” but I don’t want that. They were paid for a new headlight assembly so that’s what I should’ve gotten. Now I’m left driving around with a scratched up headlight.
If you want to be scammed then bring your car here. If you don’t, take it somewhere else.

They did a great job on my car taking in all the details to make it right. Friendly staff. Interestingly, 2 days later I got hit again same spot but was minor- they saw me immediately & worked some manic to get the scuff marks out & didn’t charge me! That’s great customer service. They also let me know every step of progress with my car. Thanks!

I trusted Joe Hudson Collision Center to repair my vehicle which was scheduled for May 8, 2024. I received a rental car through my insurance and was told that upon picking up my vehicle that I could leave the rental at the body shop and JHCC would return the vehicle to Enterprise. On May 22, my vehicle was finally ready for pickup. I arrived on the 22nd to retrieve my vehicle and drop off the rental car. On June 1st, two weeks after picking up my vehicle, I was charged by Enterprise for the rental car due to dates of initial return being entered incorrectly at JHCC. At that moment I contacted all sources involved including JHCC. I spoke with Stephanie who had been my point of contact the entire time during my dealings with JHCC. She proceeded to tell me that she logged out the rental car on 5/22/24 and it was “out of their hands” to resolve the issue even though the rental car was left at their establishment. She was very rude, not helpful, and displeasing especially during this situation. Stephanie even told me that she would contact the manager of Enterprise at the Hilton Head location and follow back up with me to have the issue resolved and corrected since it was just a clerical error on JHCC’s behalf. It is now July 2nd, and I have yet to receive any resolution to this issue. I am very unsatisfied and frustrated. Based on my experience JHCC is not very responsive to customer issues but they welcome you when they are receiving guaranteed funds from your insurance carrier.

We were vacationing in Hilton Head, and my car got stuck on a parking curb. When I backed out, my front panel ripped completely off. I called Joe Hudson's first thing the next morning, and they told me to bring it by. About 15 minutes of work and a very reasonable price later, my panel was repaired so that I could get home from vacation and I'm so very grateful for their prompt service, professional care, and compassion for me. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work in Hilton Head.

Hudson’s delivered my vehicle 1 week early. Their customer service was on spot. I received text daily of their progress. The repair they did was exceptionally better than I have had done before. I would highly recommend Hudson’s.

I just picked my vehicle up on 4/19/2024
Unfortunately, I’m left with no choice but to provide facts. I dropped my car off to the collision center , an older lady and a younger lady both came outside.
Prior to the older lady joining us. The young blonde told me she had a vengeance out for the same insurance company that the at fault individual has. That the insurance company had yet to pay them $5,000.00 therefore prevent them from getting their bonus.
In my opinion, for the incident that took place it should not have taken two weeks to fix. I kept getting text messages telling me another part was ordered or head lamp , it was always something. Then it became the radar in the front of the vehicle. I have no doubt in believing that Joe Hudson’s collision center milked this situation to get what they lost out of the last incident where the young blonde told me they were refusing a payment. Well.. no wonder.
When I picked up my vehicle. I was more than upset , I’m just curious how there were so many cob webs on the car if it had been sitting inside? Why did this company leave the Jeep dealership without having them put the glove box in the cabin filter cover on and put my belongings back.
My glove box was hanging to the floor with all of my stuff on the floor and on the seat. Both of my air fresheners have been broke.
A cabin filter & cover was left out of our Jeep & all Joe Hudson’s had to say was sorry we don’t know what they did if they replaced it etc. we don’t like to touch peoples things.
Jeep contacts me , stating they picked the vehicle up like that so therefore Jeep plans on making it right despite no advocacy from Joe Hudson’s , I was told.
“They’ll call you or me”
The vehicle front bumper still has scratches all over it’s
The paint job is awful and it’s in depth paint color.
The hood on the jeep is now not positioned correctly for line up
The right fender by where the collision took place keeps popping out.
This place I know was just out for the money because they knew I would get a rental at the cost of the party at fault for the accident. I truly believe my car has set outside the way it looked.
Sadly, we’re out of pocket now because we refuse at this point to deal with them. The car will now go under a new estimate and we will have to go from there and on what legal advice to seek.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I did it for the location as it is close to my work. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Oh and also, they were aware the gas was low. But they pushed it below E. I picked the car up on my lunch , had to turn around and ask about the cabin filter and barely just barely made it into the gas station parking lot.
Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Any remaining balances are being forced to a stop for this company. Save yourself the time and hassle.
Update May/4/2024
I’ve heard nothing , absolutely nothing from Joe Hudsons Collision Center. I learned more about injecting Botox then I did my own vehicle because the lady was so distracted in addition to that. When I came to pick up my vehicle she was on the phone with corporate because there was a $50 + charge on their business card for her Amazon account or some sort of service.
5/4/24 two new lights are on the vehicle. One of the tires that should have been replaced which was the same tire that was hit which is also the same tire they failed to fix the deep scratches.
