The drivers are lazy and leave every package at the bottom of the stairs on a public bench, to be stolen, ignoring my request to leave it by my door; in the rain, small or large. No other mail service does this. Extremely poor service

Be prepared to wait. The Walgreens clerk is also the person who handles FedEx so you stand in line with the other customers to drop off or pick up.
