This location was terrific. I had to rent a vehicle on very short notice after an accident the night before. They had vehicles to rent - including some I could return back at my home location. They opened at 10 but Michelle helped me out early and got me in the car quickly. Will definitely use this location again if needed.

Raven helped me the next day after my flight was sooo delayed because when I arrived they were closed and Raven was tremendously kind, courteous, and very helpful. Your in Hilton Head SC airport ask for Raven she's awesome!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I had a bad experience in the city of Bluffton with Enterprise. I was pretty irritated when I came to Hilton Head to try to straighten it out. I met Melissa and Jacob, they not only got me out of an awful vehicle, they made sure I was 100% satisfied. Jacob went way out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Because of Jacob I stayed with Enterprise have now had three other rentals and spent over 1,000 with Enterprise all thanks to him. I am not really sure what his position is but Enterprise you folks should be looking at him to run your company. This man is amazing, if we ever open a hotel in this area, I promise you I will be out to steal this man! I was waiting for the Enterprise survey and never got it so the least I can do is leave this Google review. It was my pleasure to rent from Hilton Head Enterprise, and I promise it won't be my last. Fantastic job sir, I will never forget you! If you are considering renting a car in Bluffton, skip it. Drive a few more miles and deal with these folks!

Waited over an hour to change out a car that had a slow leak in the tire. Customer service was terrible. My husband waited in line and the rep told him it would be a few minutes. Then I approached her and she said she had to take care of everyone in the line before she could help us. After an hour, we finally got taken care of.

Car was clean, fuel tank full, vehicle was available when I approached counter. The staff was attentive, courteous and helpful.

Friendly customer service. There was no line. I was able to get my car car super quickly. I was on the way to my hotel in no time at all. The rental car desk desks are right around the corner from the gates which makes it super convenient.

Usually National is spot on but they let you reserve a car for earlier than they open.

I had a wonderful New Year visit with my family in North Carolina because one of the manger's did his thing. Whoot Whoot !! I made reservations with another company who gave me a hard time the day before. So on New Years Eve morning the Lord spoke to Mr. Michael Blaha and his coworker Ms. Ni Grant. Thank you guys for my nice clean jeep. I didn't take pictures because of a days loss, it slipped my mind it really made me have a moment when I thought, now why wasn't I using Enterprise? LOL thank you for such great customer service and taking care of me.

I recently rented a vehicle from this Hilton Head airport location and had the ultimate displeasure of interacting with a staff member by the name of Thomas. He was extremely rude and dismissive. When I first picked up my rental, I was not provided with my rental agreement and did not realize until a few days later. I contacted customer service and after speaking to two different agents on two separate phone calls, they stated they were unable to pull up the contract and I would have to go into the pick up location to receive my agreement. When I arrived back to the airport location I was waiting in line to speak with the agent. I explained to him the situation and he proceeded to gather some information from me and then stated that he could not help me and that he would have to call the office and they would send me an email with my agreement. I attempted to tell him that I had already contacted the office and they were unable to send me an email and was directed to come into this location to get my paperwork. Thomas, (the agent behind the counter), became agitated and stated "you called customer service but you did not talk to me, I'm Thomas and I say that they will send you an email because I can't help you!" I kindly asked Thomas to lower his voice and he said " I'm not going to deal with you." He then proceeded to shoo me to the side and take another customer that was behind me. I asked him if he could help me first before moving on to another customer, he then stated "You don't want to accept the answer I gave you, I don't know how to pull up the information so I'm done!" Thomas went to get another team member from the back to pass me off to. The young lady was most helpful. She listened to my situation quickly resolved the issue by printing out my rental agreement. I am disgusted by the treatment and negative attitude I received today when I was attempting to rectify an error that was initially caused by this location.

So I just want to began by saying, WOW! I was greeted by one of the managers Mariah Boyd, whom made a stressful situation the most pleasant. Her attitude, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my needs were unmatched. Especially, compared to any other car rental shop on Hilton Head Island. I then, jokingly asked for a sports car (Dodge Challenger) in which I’ve always wanted to drive, when another manager Micheal Blaha, said “we will make it happen!”About 20 minutes after walking in Enterprise, I was already inside a freshly washed Dodge Challenger with water dripping from the sides. It was Unbelievable! This place is definitely recommended from start to finish. Thank you Mariah & Micheal!

This Enterprise location is by far the best I’ve ever visited. The whole team, but specifically Michael, were extremely accommodating and quick to turn a bad situation into a great one. I wasn’t feeling great about my experience with Enterprise in the beginning but after visiting this location, I’ll be an Enterprise customer for life!

Cindy at the front desk at Enterprise is awesome. (I think she also manages rentals for Alamo and National.) We rented a car for more than a month and she happily took the time to run through the number of different permutations I asked for to make sure we were getting the best overall rate (it’s a long story, but you have to do some extra work in person and not online if you’re keeping a rental over 30 days). She was super helpful and kind and made it an easy process.

Staff was outstanding, digital communication was poor and incorrect. I was told, via email, I would have a car waiting for me when I landed, but in fact I had to wait ~2 hours for one to become available. Not sure why in 2021 Enterprise can't properly communicate these things. The staff was great, in spite of the broader corporate struggles, I was thankful to have a face to communicate realistic expectations and then deliver on them.
