I noticed the sign while riding by a couple of weeks ago. I need a couple of items for the place I just moved into and decided to stop and take a quick look.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The specialty items I need are not sold here, but I had a couple of pops earlier, and that's when the insignificant piece of my brain utilized for decorating kicks in. While walking around the store, I located 2 chairside tables that are perfect for my home and purchased.
I enjoy the chairside tables, and they look great, but both were covered in a thick layer of dust, hence the reduction in rating because an easy fix.

12 years ago we completely furnished our newly purchased condo with furniture selected at Discount Furniture. MJ and her staff helped make this job easy by advising us about fabrics, appropriate size needed etc. MJ made a personal visit to our home to advise us. The furniture we selected was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. The quality is superb and the price is reasonable. As the years passed, we only shopped at this store when we needed carpeting and new mattresses. We recently replaced our sofas to update our living room.The service we receive is exceptional and we highly recommend shopping at this fine furniture store.

Went to pick up a piece of furniture this evening and could not of been more disappointed in the staff. Since we paid for an item over the phone I asked one of the sales people if I could have a copy of my receipt. She looked at me with disdain and told me in no uncertain terms that she was not involved my purchase and had no idea where it was. It was the tone of her delivery and look on her face. As I was leaving with my purchase which I had been so excited about I vowed to go else where for the rest of my needs. Not as much as a thank you when we left.

Amazing customer service! Kim and Jane went above very and beyond to work with us on attempting to furnish a difficult space. We felt welcomed and cared for as they addressed our many questions and concerns. Highly recommend this store for beautiful furniture, top-notch customer care and outstanding business practices!

Be wary as they have deceptive sales tactics. I purchased a new mattress and they delivered the floor sample to me. I called and Kim claimed they sold me a new mattress. Then the manager claimed the delivery guys messed up and delivered the floor sample to me. I know it was the floor sample as this happened to me before and I marked the mattress label that I laid on at the store. This is in April 2021 with COVID.I just want to be told the truth about a product that I’m paying hard earned dollars for. After calling and asking for the manager and waiting on hold for 10 minutes. MJ textes my wife instead of calling her with an explanation. Very dishonest sales practice.

Purchased a mattress set and media console. Customer service with MJ fantastic. The delivery service men were the best I have ever dealt with. I'm so pleased with their customer service and they deserve to be commended. I will be shopping here again

My wife and I purchased a Condo in Hilton Head in June. We needed all new furniture. Friends recommended Discount Furniture and Mattress Outlet in Hilton Head so we there first. We loved their selections but wanted to check out a few other stores to see if we were getting the best value for our money. Long story short, after five stores, we went BACK TO Discount Furniture. We are happy we did because M.J. the Owner, is first class all the way!!! She goes out of her way to make your experience pleasurable. We ordered two matching couches and one was in stock and the other would be in in two weeks. M.J. loaned us two matching couches until the other two came in. Great Experience all around! Highly Recommended.
