After reading other reviews, I decided to post. I spoke to the clerk, the clerk had no words for me, no bag, and I had to count my own change back. I realize people's lives aren't perfect, but being a jerk is not customer service. I have dealt with CVS for decades and I have never had an experience this terrible. Please fix it for the ones who do their jobs properly and for the customers who support your company.

Beware** Pharmacy closes at 7 pm! Not a good choice for emergency prescriptions. Pharmacy staff is not friendly and lacks sympathy, concern and any sense of urgency. Find another place.

Allison Dwyer, The PA at the minute clinic is fantastic! She is very patient and thorough. Both my husband and I were seen by Allison. She asked a ton if questions and took the time to explain the prescriptions and over the counter medicine options. If you are visiting the area and don't feel well, I highly recommend seeing Allison

I stopped in after work today ( Monday @ 7:30pm) to grab a few things for the house and as I was cashing out I used the cash/debit card machine because I had two separate orders and when I went to use my cash option first, I was met by a woman who worked there who was watching me cash out that I didn't even know she was there until she said "push the red button ma'am" as rude as she possible could say and I paid my cash order and I asked her if I could still pay for the rest of my order with my card and she actually scoffed at me with a look of disbelief on her face and told me to put in my cc when the machine said please wait, and she repeated for me to put in my card so I did and if course it cancelled my transaction so I tried again and the computer wouldn't let me choose and visa options because it seemed to be frozen so she said for me to use the pen and it still wouldn't work so she walked over and rudely took up most of the space to the check out machine so I decided to just use the tap option on the cc machine to avoid having to deal with a frozen computer screen again and that worked just fine, but when the machine gave me the option for credit or debit card she took it I'm herself to push the credit option instead of letting me choose my own payment method to cash me out. Once my order was completed without a word she turned around and walked away. I have always shopped at this location and my family uses the pharmacy here for all our prescriptions and never have I or anyone in my family ever been treated this way in the years of living here on the island. If there was a more convenient location for a store that was close between my workplace and my home I would definitely consider going there for our small store purchases, because being treated like I was trying to steal from the store and treated like an unwanted customer is something I would rather not deal with.

I called the pharmacy to check that my Dr.'s prescription has arrived. On hold for 10 minutes with noone answering. Hung up and called back, on hold again for 8 minutes before a lady picked up. I was explaining that I had been on hold for a very long time with no answer, and she got snippy saying they had just opened, and they had 4 other calls. Well, ok. So as I tried to explain why I was calling, she abruptly interrupted me and put me on hold again! Then, about 1 minute later, she came back and finally actually listened to me. Rude, rude, rude for someone who is supposed to be assisting people in need. Horrible experience.

This store is very busy! If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else. Considering how many people were in line and how often the phone was ringing, they crushed it. My order was a bit complicated and backed up the line, they had 3 back up cashiers come out of nowhere to pick up the service and get everyone out in a good time. Everyone was helpful and nice despite my situation being a bit difficult. Thank you

Extremely rude customer service. Wasn’t even busy. No greeting, no smile, just absolutely rude for no reason. I’m a local and have NEVER been treated as awful as I just was. ??

Awfull service how can they have racist casheirs today in the morning he didn't want me check a price ítem a want to the self check out he was standing right there next to me like I was gonna steal something and of course being nice with the white people
