Coastal Home has everything that you need for your furniture and decoration needs. Every time my wife and I visit the store, there is always something that catches our eye, and know it will complement our home. The staff is fantastic and if the item is not in the store, they will assist you in finding it. I don’t need to go to any other place!

I wasn’t going to write a review at all but I want others to please be aware of what you truly are spending your hard earned money on. I purchased my sofa (Universal) a little over 6 months ago. The worst purchase I have ever made. I fell in love with the way the sofa sits and the design - never in my mind thinking that after 4 months the covers would just start ripping apart. I drove to the store and spoke with CJ very nice man unfortunately he couldn’t help me - I waited for Mallory to email me back after sending her pictures and due to the fact the sofa was on sale there is no warranty. I even stated I didn’t mind buying replacement covers and the words of advice was it would be better and cheaper for you to make them yourself. I wasted over $1,100 on garbage. Buyers Beware!!

Ordered 2 twin bed chairs. Large selection of material to choose from. Chairs delivered and after a few months I flipped one cushion and it revealed oil from the bed frame on the back of the cushion. I brought the cushion into Coastal. They reviewed what was on it and by 3:00 that day I had a stain master person come to my house and remove the stain. My chairs are now perfect. Fastest service ever. I highly recommend this store.

I love this store. The furniture and accessories are always luscious. I recently had a great shopping experience with Shirley. When delivered I had an issue with 2 chairs. Chris took care of my issues so quickly and was so pleasant. (Shirley was out for the day.) I later had to go back to the store and dealt with Mallory. (Chris was out.) It was another great experience. I would also like to praise their delivery team. Pleasant and professional!! I love this store even more!!
