Male cashier refused to serve 21+ item after asking multiple questions on id, with correct answers. Did not think to scan the id, which would have confirmed lady was indeed 25. Wish he had called the cops and been embarrassed. She decided to take the high road and not hold up the line.

Today I went in and used the self checkout. Kenia was behind the counter on the phone talking in Spanish. Didn't address me, or acknowledge me, just kept on talking. Very rude. At least I found what I needed.

Couple weeks ago a car hit my vehicle and took off, and I reported it the hit-and-run Driver to the police, and when the policeman went back to the gas station to get the security camera footage The gas station refused to give the policeman the footage so my insurance skyrocketed because of a hit-and-run, and this gas station does not care for their customers

I’ve come to this location each time I’m on the island and it has really gone downhill. When I first got here a week ago I was going to buy some nachos. I opened the chips and they were out of regular cheese. I was able to barely get some of the jalapeño cheese out. Fruit flies all over and inside the toppings like the jalapeños and pico. Then today before leaving, stopped to get a couple large cups of ice. There are spots of mold in all four of the ice chutes in the fountain machines. The cashier was also rude. When I went to check out, she had me use the self checkout scanner. It rang me out for 2 large sodas, not 2 cups of ice. I told her it was just ice and she said, “well we still charge you for the cup.” I told her the cups of ice are cheaper and she just stood there looking at me like I was an idiot and made no effort to change it. So I just paid for it and left. Really disappointed.

Tonight my friend and I went into the store to buy a beverage to celebrate St. Patrick’s day and out of habit accidentally hit the nicotine vape that is when Brian Najera approached us 2 local young females and disrespectfully said don’t smoke that in my store that is when my friend said I’m sorry for sure and he told us not to be smart and rude. Once arriving to the cash register I asked for his name because I have never been obligated to point out such awful customer service before. He than said his name was Brian , I asked “Brian with an I or a Y”, he said y, I figured he was responding to my question but Noo he was asking why I was asking and than I just continued to pay and he embarrassed my friend and I in front of other customers and raised his voice saying BYE BYE BYE get out of my store. I work in customer service and would NEVER have him running a business for me.

I am a regular customer and come in there at least seven times a week. on Sunday my roommate asked me to pick him up a carton of cigarettes. he smokes Pall Mall menthol 100s and I accidentally asked for Salem 100s. the person working said I could bring them back on Monday when the manager was there and swap them out and get refunded the difference. the carton I got was $90 and the ones I wanted were $70. when I came in this morning to exchange the manager said that it was policy that they do not take returns on certain items. you can see that this carton of cigarettes wasn't even open. so I am now stuck with a carton of Salem 100s that I can do nothing with. I understand that this was my mistake for asking for the wrong product, but they could easily have even exchanged the cigarettes for me. I have decided that even this store is very convenient to my work and where I live that I will never set foot in this circle k or any circle k ever again. I don't see what the big deal is about exchanging a carton of cigarettes when you can tell that they were never even opened. the cashier told the manager that I am a regular and come in there all the time. I have even brought them change when they needed it when there was a shortage on change. just 10 days ago I brought them $340 and change because they didn't have any. I will no longer use any circle k for my convenience store needs. I would encourage others to make sure you don't make the mistake I did in order the wrong thing because you will be stuck with it. I don't even smoke and now I'm going to have to buy a of the right cigarettes for my roommate.

The Circle K had gas, which was good. I went in to shop and there was a decent selection for a gas station.My biggest complaint is the worker we encountered. He was telling a story about gators and all the different ways that they can kill people. I understand being cautious of gators is important in that area, but it was really unsettling to hear about.

Why? I can’t understand who thinks 80 degrees is a cool drink. We come o from the 100 degree weather, and not even the beer is cold. Could you please lower the temperature of the refrigerator?

These people won't let customers use their restrooms. Even paying customers. They rope it off with caution tape. Don't give people like this your business. Courteous gas stations deserve business. Not ones that don't value their customers

Purchased gas with my Circle K Easy Pay card for my pickup this afternoon, received all discounts. Went back tonite to fill up my SUV, the cost per gallon up .30 per gallon,above advertised price, no discounts for my card also. What is going on? This does not encourage me to buy gas at Palmetto Bay Rd. at Circle K.
