Your store has a generous amount of products. The prices are reasonable. You do have several issues, for starters the girl working it is more concerned about going on break with the guy from the restaurant across from your store. Second your store is not accessible by handicap people. I tried my best to get my grandmother through it in her wheelchair and I gave up around your first display. There is barely enough room for one person walking sideways. Your store is not ADA compliant and that is sad because she loves shopping, but if she can't get around the store she's not dropping a penny.

The young lady that helped me was very personal and helpful. Sorry I did not get her name, but she would be a reason I would visit store, again.

Good prices on shirts and shot glasses. She also wrapped the shot glass up really well to ensure it wouldn’t break. Just would encourage the employees to smile more, they don’t seem to be happy to be there…

Store had obscene, vulgar music playing - walked right back out with my family. Lyrics attached. Completely inappropriate. Lost my business. Then to top it off, after I left a review on FB, they blocked me. Real classy. Would not spend another dollar here. This is the nasty song they had playing if you want to check out the lyrics...

Recently visited the store while on vacation. Store is very small but has a lot of product. I found a sweatshirt I loved. The price was a little high but it looked like good quality. However, after one wash and wear the fabric already looks worn. Picking material fuzz off it constantly. Disappointing.

Great experience while in the store, but a couple days after I bought a visor it started falling apart at the seam where the velcro is attached. I didnt think it would fall apart so quickly so I didnt keep my recipt... I guess I just have to chalk it up as a loss. Sad cause it was the only 'souvenir' I bought while in Hilton Head, my first and probably last time there as I like to discover new places and tend not to revisit places ive been.... contacted the company, they responded quickly, but since my reply I've had no response, which I understand since I no longer have the receipt. Just want people to check their potential buys well before they purchase.(Note: I bought the visor because I burn very easily on the beach and was looking for some extra protection, it was not a novelty purchase)

Beyond unprofessional store. We were just here on July 13th around 1:30 and there was blonde girl behind the counter that was beyond unprofessional talking loud enough for the whole store to hear her experience of being caught under age drinking. I guess professional customer service doesn't exist here.

There are no RVs allowed on their sacred grounds. I mean a sheriff at a gate blocking us degenerate road warriors from even entering. It would be nice if that was clearly stated when advertising for people to come see it. If you are not in an RV be prepared to pay $9 to drive to towards it. Rich people should not own a community that excludes the public from landmarks.

I came here to buy shirts for my nephews (7 and 10) a few days ago. Though they did not have any children’s long sleeves available, the shirt selections were great. ??. I live on the Island and finding a quality souvenir store that is not OVERPRICED… is rare. This was great❤️ Theresa was an amazing help.. She knew much about the products, the area, and was very friendly which was refreshing❤️. Andrea was always willing to help and answer any questions I had as well and just as attentive☺️. The sizes were limited but I eventually found the right shirt. I purchased the shirts and shot glasses, and I received a Free Decal sticker ☺️❤️ Will be coming back here for the summer and will bring my family along. Loved it.?❤️

Camp Hilton Head on Lighthouse Road on Hilton Head Island is a great place to shop for all things t-shirts and gifts. They have a unique selection of items that I have not seen in other locations. It is easy to find something for just about anyone on your shopping list here.

Lady greeting us was awesome! Very friendly and personable. There is a lot of things on the way up the lighthouse that elaborate on the history of SC and the lighthouse. We had two kids that just wanted to get to the top. Probably takes 5 mins without really stopping. View was pretty good at the top. My first lighthouse experience was successful

Went this morning and was greeted by this lovely blonde woman who was super helpful. I loved her fun colorful shirt! No AC in the lighthouse so it was a little warm and with my week knees the stairs definitely wore me out. But the view from the top was priceless (worth the admission). My children had a blast and I think this lighthouse saved my marriage.

The Harbour Town Lighthouse was surprisingly interesting! As you climb the steps to the top of the 90-foot Lighthouse, there are numerous historical artifacts and signs about the regional history. Lots to see and to read! The Lighthouse features two gift shops, one at the bottom and one on top. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children five and under. At the top, you have a fantastic view of Harbour Town and the surrounding area.

Easy to climb, a nice view at the top, and some mildly interesting plaques and artifacts. But...that's about it. If you're really into golf or perhaps Coast Guard history or Hilton Head history, you might find it more interesting, but we were disappointed. Gift shop at the bottom, gift shop at the top and a through-plexiglass view of a modernized lamp (we expected to see an old school authentic lighthouse lamp but that's not what they have--my fault for not researching better ahead of time) led us feeling like we just got sucked into a yuppie trap. $20 for a family of four to spend 10 minutes here along with $10 just to get on the island. The island is worth it but I don't think the lighthouse is.
