My client picked paint at the store, I drove from Bluffton to Hilton Head on a Saturday morning because the website said they were open. To my disappointment, they were closed. Hours are 7 to 3 Monday through Friday. I’ve dealt with the store before, it is a hit and miss.

Terrible service. They get mad if you come in the store and need anything. I would not come here again. Very bad attitude towards customers even before the customer asks for anything. Wouldn't even try to find a way to match a color. I went to Sherwin Williams instead and even though they didn't carry the paint either, they did everything possible to find the color, match it, and then sell me what I wanted. Benjamin Moore pretty much just sucks because of the employees. They must be over worked or under paid or just idiots. Possibly liberal Democrats, the stupidity would then make sense.
