The branch manager was absolutely terrible to work with. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t ever bank with this company. I wish I would have gotten her name but I couldn’t even look at her after she spoke to me in that manner. Long dark hair. Mean mean woman.

Atm in bank is 'swallowing' money, and after you report the problem they tell you that you need to wait 45 days so they can make decision. So basically they are stealing your money without any explanation. The worst ever!!!

They couldnt help . Update info . Bank was almost empty no one waiting at the lobby or line . Customer service is worst on the last years ( needs more better professional people ready to help who doesn’t make any type of discrimination. Edoesmatter where they from . They should not hiring people who are rude or make discrimination with others customers . Specially when they don’t have nothing to do
