Atm in bank is 'swallowing' money, and after you report the problem they tell you that you need to wait 45 days so they can make decision. So basically they are stealing your money without any explanation. The worst ever!!!

The worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Not so much the people working there. They were sweet but keep making excuses for the bank. Poor lady was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Boa corporate was suppose to call back. They didn't. Went to another branch. The lady was in the phone for an hour. I left got us coffee and doughnuts and the 2 of us sat there waiting for someone to pick up. 1 hour later problem solved. Now I'm 20 min on hold because it's been 6 weeks and they haven't processed auto pay yet. I'm over it. Paying off loan tomorrow.
