“My husband and I drove to South Carolina and spent five days in Hilton Head. On the third day on the island, the air conditioning in our Dodge Durango stopped working. You can imagine how hot and humid it was in August. We needed to leave for the Northeast two days later. Our concierge at Ocean Oak Resort, Julie M, recommended H&H. We called them, and they squeezed us in on the morning of our departure and fixed the AC. Waiting for the repair, I could not believe how comfortable and clean the waiting room and bathroom were, and how nice the front office people were. “We had a trip from fort lauderdale to hilton head island with my wife's truck and as i started to drive it felt very bouncy and the brake were noise, so i looked up a local shop RS auto. They replaced all 4 struts and strutmounts on the front. They checked the brakes and replaced all rotors and pads. My wife trucks runs lot smoother and stops on a dime. “After being referred by my mechanic and custom paint shop I called Dent Specialists and I spoke with Felix. We were able to find a date that I could bring my vehicle to his shop and he could perform Paintless Dent Repair on 3 separate areas. We met at the prescribed time and date and Felix proceeded to make the repairs. There was one repair, dent in the middle of the hood and two dents on a fender. The dent in the middle of the hood was the result of an automatic garage door accidentally coming down on the hood. Felix was just one of the most pleasant people I have met and a real perfectionist. He told me that if he could not make all of the dents disappear the charge would be $0.00. He worked on the hood for some time and then went to the other 2 fender dents which took no time at all. He was not satisfied with what he could do with the hood. It was in a bad location with very few areas to satisfactorily leverage from. After working diligently for some time he turned to me and said \"I can not make it perfect\" and therefore you owe me nothing. I said you are kidding you tried to make the repair and it looks better than when I brought it in. The fender dent repair is perfect so I owe you at least for the fender dents. Felix again said you owe me nothing. I was blown away. This man is so honest I don't believe I have every met in 70 years someone as honest as Felix. He is also one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He stands behind his work 110%. People like Felix are one in a million. He is just the best and I don't know what else to say. “We were from out of town and had a problem with our tires.
I stopped in as they opened. The manager quickly diagnosed our problem with our tires which needed replacing. He offered two tire options and ordered both. The tires came in that day. I went back next morning and was out within two hours with new tires and my alignment corrected.

“Perfection Automotive was recommended by my father in law who takes his Lexus there for service. We have 7 cars in our "fleet" including 3 Toyotas, 1 Lexus. They specialize in those and also service other vehicles, most recently working on our Silverado. The place is small, you need to have a little patience for drop off and pick ups. Before moving to Hilton Head from Virginia in 2022, I had taken may vehicles to the same mechanic for nearly 30 years. Finding a new mechanic was something I was not looking forward to. I have taken vechicles to 5 different places on the island and I think I have found my mechanic for the next however many years I drive. “I was at Jiffy Lube last Saturday, June 15, 2013. I happened on to a slow period and I was serviced with and oil change and the check up service within 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous and professional.
That was then!!! Yesterday I tried to have my oil changed and I was told that they were on their lunch break for the next 45 minutes. For some reason both of the attendants had to have their lunch at the same time. She was not accommodating so I left.
I have been there many times and was very satisfied. Is there a new owner?”

First, I had Mike at A1 Auto Detailing apply the Llumar Ceramic Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Pro 9H to my new Genesis GV70 SUV. The results were fantastic and the surface feels like glass. Second, I had Mike do a traditional detailing of my 2014 Lexus ES 350. He detailed both the inside and outside and when I picked it up it looked like it came from the dealer's new car inventory. “These good folks go above and beyond the usual business as usual expectation. The day after they re-plugged a flat I had put an "emergency plug" in, I realized the 12V plug in pump I had used had fried a butterfly fuse for the outlet in the dash. I bought the wrong size at an Autozone (bad on me). I dropped by Isalnd Tire South to see id I could by one 10amp mini. The gentleman on the desk popped one into my hand - no charge! That is who and what tjey are.”
