Car broke down while on vacation. Feared the worst. Not only did they fit us in but was honest in diagnosing the problem as simple. Fixed it quickly and economically. You won't find a more honest, fair, and professional garage anywhere. Highly recommend!!

Air conditioning needed recharged due to a leak. They were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day, to make sure that my family did not have to travel a 1000 miles back home with no air conditioning. Highly recommend.

I ended up at Auto Pro for the first time due to unique circumstances. I was driving to work when I realized that I was hearing meowing coming from somewhere in my car. When I opened the hood, I realized that the meowing was coming from a kitten somewhere in my engine. After multiple attempts by me, my coworkers, and even the fire department, we were unable to rescue the kitten from my car. Due to the way my car is set up, the kitten was able to move freely along the undercarriage of the car. I realized that I would need to have my car put on a lift and parts of the bottom removed in order to get the kitten out. I called multiple animal rescue companies and mechanics in the area, but no one was willing to help free the kitten. A friend and coworker decided to call Auto Pro, since she takes her car there and loves them. Without hesitation, the people at Auto Pro told me to bring my car right over and they would do whatever they could to rescue the kitten. When I got to Auto Pro, they put my car on the lift and everyone pitched in to save this kitten. Before long, they had rescued the little one from my car. It was then that I realized that I had seen this kitten before, 3 days prior and over 100 miles away. This kitten had been in my car in the hot South Carolina heat for 3 days without food or water. If it had not been for the amazing people at Auto Pro, this poor baby would never have survived. They took excellent car of my new kitten and my new car, and they cared enough to help when no one else would! The kitten is happy and healthy. I named him Auto after his heroes at Auto Pro!

Nick and John from Auto Pro of Hilton Head provided exceptional service during our vacation. We picked up a rental vehicle for a 10-day vacation in Hilton Head. After getting to our hotel and going out to dinner, we came out from dinner and our tire was almost flat. We went to Wal-Mart and another car service company that offered car services and everyone was closed. We found Auto Pro of Hilton Head and drove to their location (after stopping at a gas station to fill the tire again with air). They closed at 4 PM, but were still there working. It was 7 PM and they didn't hesitate to help us. They got the screw out of our tire and plugged the hole. They provided exceptional customer service and made it painless - kind, helpful, and did not seem bothered at all to help us even thought they were closed. We can't thank them enough. It is RARE to find this kind of customer service today! I would highly recommend them!

I just got onto the Island on Friday to start a weekend vacation when the tire on my vehicle picked up a nail and started losing air. My call to them at 4'o'clock said that they were closing soon but he would take care of me. Got there in time and they provided the best service and even went above and beyond with buffing out a large scratch on the side of my vehicle. Great service, friendly people and reasonably priced. If I lived on the island full time they'd be getting more of my vehicle service business.

Bill and his entire crew are life savers!Discovered a flat tire as we began to pack our car for the ride north. He was able to look at it, determine it was repairable and fix it in 15 minutes.THANK YOU

Awesome shop. Was in SC for a car show and had an issue with the rental SUV tire and this shop help out right away. They even discover the tire issue was not my trip from TN to SC. So skip the big Corporations and just go see Bill.

Terrible experience will NEVER be back. Customer service is terrible. Owner was extremely rude and obnoxious and very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars i would. Seems to not have self-control while speaking to the customer.Service: Tires

I had a problem while on vacation. I am glad that I stopped here. They had my issue diagnosed and resolved in 15 minutes. Very professional. Might have taken all day somewhere else. I took my 2007 Chevy Avalanche to Auto Pro in May after being taken advantage of by a repair shop in Savannah, GA (Wilmington Island) and Bill went 'above-and- beyond' to help me get my truck fixed correctly. I am truly appreciative and have so much respect for him.
I recommend this shop and I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars!
