I had the most wonderful experience at The Hilton Head AT&T store this morning after experiencing the rudest employee(manager) yesterday at the Bluffton Store. Hilton Head employee,Johnny, was so kind and helpful. And he fixed my problem in one minute.Bluffton manager said she couldn't fix it.Thank you to Johnny and Hilton Head AT&T

Had a terrible experience this morning at AT&T off Hilton Head Island. Decided to risk going on the island to AT&T and met Justin, the manager! He helped my elderly mother correct her cell phone concerns and made a new phone sale in the process. Caring for your customers goes a long way. Thank you Mr Justin and the AT&T on Hilton Head Island. Avoid the one off island, the manager at that location needs retraining and a work ethic!

The staff is somewhat indifferent and does not seem interested. I feel very upset since they added a $17 insurance that I did not authorize since in fact they did not even offer it. Terrible way to scam.

Tiyanna was AMAZING! We came in from out of town as I needed a new phone. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you Tiyanna for all your help!!

Our experience with ATT on Hilton Head was awesome. The rep, Jay, was professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made it an extremely positive visit.

Switched from Verizon to AT&T. The customer service rep did the following.Set me up with a business account and never asked me if I had a business. It was a consumer account.Set me up with the most monthly expensive plan when I didn’t need it.Added insurance and didn’t ask me if I needed.Long story short, this guy is maxing out everyone’s bill to make as much money on his commission as possible. It’s ridiculous and hilarious at the same time.I went to the Bluffton store and saw Melissa. It was an hour out of my day, and an hour out of her day fixing Justin’s issues.If you need to switch to AT&T or at a line or get a whatever. Drive to bluffton and see Melissa. You’ll thank me later.*Oh, I ordered an Apple Watch. It was delivered. I was at the Hilton Head store, trying to pick it up before I went out of town. They were at lunch from 2 PM to 5 PM. This guy was gonna get fired soon.*

With each visit I make to this location, I pretty much receive service by a guy named Johny. Today, I stopped in for service, sure enough, there was Johny. He is very much the Best Customer Service Specialist I’ve ever done business with. If your are stopping by the Hilton Head Island, SC store, look for Johny! Congratulate him too, today, he shared he recently was promoted to Assistant Manager!Job well done, Johny, I’m your biggest fan. I give you 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid this store. I have been an AT&T wireless customer for over 30 years and never had an issue like this. I bought a new phone at this store, and when I received my first bill, it had over $85 in reoccurring charges for things that the sales person signed me up for WITHOUT my knowledge or approval. (I called AT&T and removed all the charges with no questions.) What occurred was nothing short of fraud.

1st, the Manager was incompetent and rude. He slammed service in on my line when I did want it. He did not explain service fees. He never asked for my account access 4 digit passcode before accessing my account. Once in the account he changed the wrong ph number them said he did nothing wrong. Manager then refused to discuss it. Worst service possible...and from the manager of the store. No way is he teaching the employees correctly.

Went in to upgrade my daughter's phone everything was fine but the phone ended up not working. The manager was very rude and refused to help me. I ended up going ro a different store and they were able to get everything fixed. It was a simple fix that the guy at this store easily fixed.

Went in to get an new phone. Bought a case and screen protector and was told it was buy 2 get 1 on all accessories. The ignorant sale man rang me up for a 60$ charger but the one he gave me was only worth 20. He scammed me. Buyer beware.
