Won’t be going back!!! I took a simple charm in and asked for a ring to be put on. Picked up and the jeweler had cut and SOLDERED my piece and then wanted to charge me $80!!!!!! I was dumb and went back a second time to have a small charm repaired and was told “Sorry” and turned away- guess it wasn’t expensive enough to fix- tho based on last time, I’m not sure why I even went there. Convenience, I guess.
Nice lady but arrogant jeweler.

I won’t be coming back. I’ve used this place a handful of times and everyone is nice and helpful but this time all I needed was a crab claw clasp for a small Sterling necklace nothing fancy. I was thinking it would be a quick fix to replace something like that but didn’t hear back from them so I called back at the end of the day to say what the status was and told me it would be done next day. No big deal there but took 3 days to replace some that takes a few seconds to do. Again, not that big of deal but when it came to payment. It was 45 dollars for a 8-10$ part. Even with maintenance I could have expected around 20 maybe 25 but 45? When I asked about it because my chain that I bought from them last year cost only 90, I was told the price of gold has gone up. What? It was Sterling silver. I’m not sure what that had anything to do with it. Instead of trying to understand I just paid and walked. I get it that you all have to make money but the clasp cost half the price of the entire chain.

Andrew sized my Tiffany watch bracelet for me. It was unusual and 4 other jewelers did not know how to remove links from it. I was sent to Andrew by one of the other jewelers and told he can do anything! They have some beautiful pieces for sale as well :-)

We worked with the manager Brad to design and order our wedding bands. We were concerned about the short timeframe to make her custom band but Brad walked us though the process and ensured our order was received on time. Overall a great shopping experience with a friendly staff. Will be back!

I have used other jewelers in the past, but not any longer. I had two, really nice watches, that no one else on the island could fix, but thankfully, another jeweler said, "well, Andy can probably fix them". And he did. But not only can he fix watches, he and his wife are so friendly and nice. They are now my jewelers!

Thank you SO MUCH for enforcing the mask mandate!!! Your store made it so much more comfortable and safe to browse and shop. I wish more places in Savannah were doing the same.

I love coming here to check out the latest pandora charm collection and getting all of my pandora jewelry cleaned! The staff is super friendly and contacted a couple of weeks later making sure I was happy with my new charm!

I have read several reviews about the staff being rude and I have to say we found just the opposite. Jackie, our sales rep, spent a long time with us looking at wedding bands. They had a large selection and I thought the prices were fair for fine jewelry. We were visiting on vacation and knew nothing about the store when we happened upon it. We did choose a beautiful ring and I highly recommend this store.

I knew what I wanted, and went to the store at lunch time, cash in my wallet, but in casual dress. I was shown what I asked for, but my metal of choice was not in stock. They said they may have ordered what I'm looking for, and could take my contact Info. I didn't feel like a customer they were interested in. No estimate given to me as to when I could expect a call (I'd imagine that Brad,store manager, would have access to the information or could get it for me). Just a shoulder shrug and "have a nice day". I called a store I had previously shopped in California. They texted me pictures and offered all kinds of ways to make the experience terrific.

Horribly rude staff. You would have thought we were walking in with the plague they way we were treated. We will never be back. They have bought into the C19 hoax hook, line and sinker. It is a shame as we used to like the place. I recommend finding another jeweler that values individual freedom.

My husband bought me a David Yurman necklace for my birthday, which is lovely. Yet I want another David Yurman necklace which is not in stock at Levy. Levy stood behind their return policy, and didn't give us any trouble with returning the necklace. Over the years, we've only bought a watch and some Pandora stuff here, but I'll definitely consider buying more items here in the future.

I bought this ring to propose to my wife. Of course I was nervous spending that much money on something I've only seen pictures of. But, be satisfied that these pictures don't even do it justice. It's perfect, it's well worth the money and I couldn't be more happy that I bought from this store. My wife loves it!

I’ve had my ring for 14 years and it’s still so pretty. I do have it checked and flashed every year or so. It is light and comfortable. My jeweler did an incredible job creating wedding band to match. I get loads of compliments.
