These guys are wonderful and do a great job. Perry and Ed will do anything for you just ask. Yes, moving is never cost effective, but at least it can be hassle free. Thanks for everything.

I have used A Perfect Move for two years now as my go-to company for my Interior design and decorating business. Not only are the office and warehouse workers quick to respond to questions and requests, but the delivery teams are very professional, hardworking, on time (with traffic permitting) and always show up with a smile and great attitude. It is always a pleasure doing business with A Perfect Move and I cannot recommend them enough!

Company is absolutely garbage. I was charged extra for an extra mover but was told nothing about the extra charges. On the first day of the move, I was not given a receipt or breakdown but my card was charged. When trying to get a break down of the costs, got told I’d have to wait a whole week because the books manager only comes in every other week. Things were left unpacked all around my house, movers were constantly taking breaks after moving a few boxes on the second day. Time and time again boxes were just being dropped without regard and things kept getting broken. Do not use this moving company at all.

A perfect move was awful work with. They nickel and dime every little thing with outrageous fees. If there is an issue they don’t want to deal with, they completely refuse to call you back. Even if she was in the office, the owner Erin would make excuses day after day as to why she wouldn’t be able to call back. She was impossible to get ahold of. I highly recommend avoiding getting yourself in to a situation of working with this company.The moving day and moving guys were nice and great to work with. However, they didn’t put the furniture together well. I had to hire a handyman to come back through to tighten all of the assembled furniture.

The three gentlemen all wore masks, were respectfu, and worked extremely well together. They were very courteous, very caring of our property , and very efficient. They packed every beautifully, wrapped all furniture and didn't make a scratch on anything. They were absolutely a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them strongly!!

Was really excited to use A Perfect Move. I had heard so many great things, and even paid more to use them then the other quotes we were getting. I am not a complainer. I've moved 5x and never had a single problem or complaint. There was a lot A Perfect Move did great. The office was very well organized. They called with any changes, very thorough, but I was really disappointed by several things.

It appears these guys have not gotten a fair shake. They were very tentative before the move and the guys who showed up were very professional, nice and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I am a Realtor and Property Manager on Hilton Head Island and I have seen my share of shady providers. These guys are not one of them. Ill definitely use them again.

THIEVES. Stay away!!!! Stolen jewelry, Broken 300 yr. old armoire, furniture dumped in middle of room- forced to return two more times to finish what they should have done in first place. DID NOT take responsibility for sloppy, irresponsible move, THEFT or damage! Heading to small claims court.

These people are complete crooks. They over charge (and charged my card without my permission). They refuse to return my calls. I would not do business with them. Terrible customer service.

The company is terrible to do business with. They have overcharged me for work. When questioned they refused to justify their charges. They did not take responsibility for furniture they delivered damaged. They also charged my credit card with my permission.
