I am so impressed with the staff at the Hartsville Chevy Dealership. From the moment we entered the Ora of customer service has captured our very being. Our sales person Tyler is the epitome of what great customer service can produce. Yes sales, we ended up purchasing our vehicle. However it wasn't without the help of a fantastic sales Manger. Danny. Now the ofc could not run with Miss. Vicky. Thanks to all you guys I would spend the day with you guys any time.

This company rocks!!!! Just drove home with my new 2024 Chevy Equinox. I had been shopping on and off for weeks, visiting a variety of places (all brands). I finally decided to visit Raceway Chevrolet in Hartsville and met George Edwards. I knew what I was looking for and he just guided me along the process. Everything was smoothly done. I never felt pressured or rushed. George and Danny worked together to get me the best deal possible. We will be back when the hubs needs a new truck. Thanks

Got me a sweet deal on a 2020 Elantra with only 7k+ miles on it! Really appreciate Tyler Buddenborg for helping me out. He told me and is true on his word that he deals car differently and from a more genuine, authentic approach. I was recently refused service for my car at Raceway Chevrolet in Hartsville, SC. I had an appointment with them for Tuesday, February 13 for which I had called ahead twice in the previous week and been given the approval by their service manager. After making arrangements to have a family member drive behind me due to the unreliability of my car, I left my car there and left the key with the Raceway Chevrolet Service Center. I was called later that morning by a female employee who said, “I am sorry but since your car has over 150,000 miles on it, we can’t service it. We have just changed our policy.” Talking to the manager did not result in any change to this, even after being reminded that I had spoken with their service manager twice in the previous week about bringing it in and gotten his prior approval.Imagine my shock since Raceway had serviced my car in May of 2023, replacing a thermostat for $500, at which time my car also had over 150K miles on it, Like many other people, I have driven my car beyond the mileage I generally trade it in because of the inflated prices autos have been, while waiting for overall prices to increase..Think twice before dealing with a service where the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing or possibly, where they just made the decision to change the policy when they saw you, the aspiring customer, drive up. And many thanks to Ward’s Garage on Westfield Street in Hartsville, SC, who fixed my car a week earlier than we scheduled at a very reasonable price. It was the first garage I talked to that didn’t quote me an engine testing fee of several hundred dollars just to diagnose the issue.
