I bought a SUV from Quality Auto back in 2013 and over the years I'm still driving my SUV but I wanted a car and I was skeptical about purchasing another vehicle and my big sister was there with and she said" You only live once"!!! So,today I did a thing at Quality Auto Sales and I want to Thank Chris Day for all his help he was great in helping me!!! Chris you're Awesome!!! Thank you again so much❤️

From the first conversation to the actual day of purchasing my new vehicle, Scarlett was hands down an amazing representative for Quality Auto Sales….one of the best experiences I’ve had in my years of buying a vehicle. Knowledgeable, personable and didn’t make me feel like just a number . Tyler and his team were fantastic today in helping me with my Subaru Outback. it was good to go to someone for the first time and feel very comfortable with their knowledge and experience. They had me in and out and feeling very comfortable and secure with what they had done for my Subaru. They were courteous and told me everything upfront and the wise, I felt very comfortable and would recommend them highly and look forward to taking my car back to them for further service with my tires or Servicing as needed

Fact#2 Murphy is the best salesman I ever met
Fact#3 My wifes minivan broke down and was to expensive to repair and they allowed us to do a trade in on our new grand cherokee!
Fact#4 They back their warranty 100%
Fact #5 You want a car buy from these folks!

I’m highly disappointed with this place. I purchased a car from Scarlett at Quality Auto Sales back on December 5, 2023. As of today I still do not have my title or tag and it’s been well over 45 days. I expressed to the manager I didn’t feel comfortable riding around with an expired tag and asked him if he could at least give me another 45 day temporary tag. He told me that was illegal. A few days later, he called me and asked me to come up there and pick up another 45 day temporary tag. So I’m not really sure about that but anyway. Quality is telling me they have done everything they are supposed to do. They said the DMV got a new system at the beginning of the year and my stuff didn’t transfer over or whatever. I just feel like I’m getting the runaround and I’m quite upset about it.

I was able to stop in at Quality and had the pleasure of being assisted by both Tyler and Chris. Both of whom were very dedicated and helpful professionals. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and all of my expectations were met. Definitely recommend either of them to anyone looking to get into an exceptional car at a rate they can expect to be the same.

We were in a desperate situation and needed a vehicle fast! We tried EVERYTHING to get into a vehicle and nothing was working! A friend of ours sent us Scarlett Caddell at Quality Sales and they got us into a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox!!! We are so very grateful!! The stag is all super friendly and they can get you into a vehicle when no one else can!!! So make sure you go in and ASK FOR SCARLETT!
