“Everyone there was so nice had medication that caused a lot. They help me get the cost down. They called me and let me know what medication need to be called with my insurance so I can be approval and if it’s too high, they still will help me love everyone up there.”

“Easy to access this Walgreens that is laid out the same as every other one I have ever been to. In the last year, that's Middletown RI and Chubbuck ID and Rosewell NM. Pharmacy in the back, coolers with drinks, personal care, cosmetics, first aid, greeting cards, candy and snacks.There is an Allpoint ATM in the lobby (yay!) and a Redbox machine outside.I was in, got my stuff, and out. “Went in the hope of finding some new Hot Wheels. Seems that Mattel has either had issues having them shipped to the USA.Or workers at the stores I have been searching, have been buying all them up?The store seemed very clean. Aisles were neat and restocked. My wife even found some new ribbon that she uses to make her roses. So, the overall experience was better than I had hoped. So, if you haven't been in the store in a while, it might be time to check it out again.”
“The folks here are so friendly! When I transferred my prescriptions there, the pharmacist made a point to come and thank me for my business. That kind of personal service goes a long way! Their price on one of my prescriptions not covered by insurance was also 1/10 the price of CVS and Walgreens. Go local! You’ll be glad you did!”
“I drive 40 minutes just to come to this CVS rather than go to the one 20 minutes from my home. The hartsville location is so much better! The people are friendly, the service is prompt and competent, and they are seldom out of stock of anything. I highly recommend CVS in Hartsville!”

Things have improved greatly since my last review. The phone service for refills has improved, and many things can now be done online, like vaccination appointments. Most importantly for me, my wait times have dropped to OK, levels. I hope they keep this up!
2019
Some medications require calling the pharmacy to get filled due to government regulations. I have repeatedly called to request filling my prescription, as required, then wait on the phone for 15 minutes only to have the Pharmacy pick up, not answer, and be placed on a secondary hold until I hung up! 30 minutes + and holding. After the company bought out Rite Aid over a year ago, this problem has not improved one iota. It's bad enough that mail order is forcing local pharmacies to fold, now we have to contend with the few remaining pharmacies being unable to handle the present volume.
Right now I'm on hold on two lines, and no one is picking up. The message says there is only 1 caller ahead of me... that would be me on the first phone. Google shows that this is the least busy time and they still will not handle the call. My request would take less than a minute to make!”
