I had to go to this store today. My usual store is in Lexington SC. Had to have 2 rotors turned. The young fellow that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite that’s very hard to find in a 17 year boy these days. I wish him well in his endeavors of wanting to have his own landscaping business. Thank you for all your help today Brayden. Keep up the great work, you will go far in life.

Usually have what I need. Like normal though, they are understaffed. 10 people in line 1 guy barely staying afloat while the other is outside assisting customers needing battery or alternator tests. More than likely that's a corporate problem though by not letting them hire more people. I can only speak to the Hartsville, SC location though.

The customer service was wonderful. The employee was very knowledgeable and even helpful in installing my windshield-wiper blades. Being so I am a talker, they taught me something I never knew about the names of vehicles. I had no clue vehicles had sub-names as well. And the prices were very reasonable.

I switched to O'Reilly's a couple of years back when I could no longer get my OBD II codes scanned for my car at my old car place. The old place restarted doing the scans; but service is service, and loyalty is earned. I love this store; everyone is always helpful, and straightforward with their help! I brought back a battery one day, missing receipt. The manager went out of his way to find the record of this battery. I was prepared to buy a new one; but this one was still in warranty, and it was replaced without cost.This is the kind of service and loyalty I expect from any auto parts store; and for as long as they and I am around, and they will give me my codes... I will be loyal to O' o' o' O Reilly Automobile parts! :-)

Seemed to have a good selection but I needed someone with auto knowledge. Didn't get that. I waited for one attendate to finish with his one customer. I'm not sure what happened to the other guy. No one ever greeted me, asked if I needed help, or said goodbye when I put my items back on the shelf and left the store. I was about to spend about $80, but they didnt seem to care. Not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. No wonder their competition's parking lot was packed while their own lot only had two vehicles.
