Had a reason to contact the store regarding a complaint, however, it was swiftly and very nicely resolved by the manager, Trent. I can hear his passion for the store and the customer experience and see that he will genuinely ensure that your shopping experience is pleasurable. His pride in the store will be evident to anyone that shops at the Carolina Avenue Hartsville IGA!
