If you're in need of a vehicle I would suggest going to Westgate CDJR Fiat of Hartsville. Ask for Cory Shaw, Chris Hall, Tony Baird. All three of these gentlemen went out of their way to make my husband and I feel very welcome and understood. They made us feel like we were part of the family. To make a long story short we were going to sell our truck back to the dealership. What we did in instead we traded our truck in for a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an awesome interest rate thanks to Cory working his magic. All in all my husband and I had a very good interaction with Westgate CDJR Fiat of Hartsville.I will have to say Cory and Chris were right I am in love with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thank you gentlemen for everything that you did for my husband and I between yesterday and today. My husband and I appreciate everything that you did for us. 10 out of 10 most definitely worth it to go and see what these gentlemen can do for you.

Katie in service has been absolutely awesome to deal with. Its hard to find a good service area in most dealerships but she has been a doll. I would definitely recommend any one to come here that falls under CDJR Fiat. Thank you for a great experience!

Little disappointed with this dealership. Communication definitely needs to improve.
I called the dealership 2 days prior to my appointment and we had agreed with the time and date and everything. I told the woman who I was on the phone with,at the time that I’m limited on time and I’m currently out of state working at Newport News shipbuilding , my job is far Away from my house here in South Carolina so I can’t just show up at any day and time to perform this service. I asked them to perform a simple service on a Friday, August 9 of 2024. I get there and my parts aren’t even there so I just showed up for nothing. I postponed some of my plans just to show up to this appointment. I’m never coming here again

Had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep. The salesman was very patient with me as I could not make my mind up. He spent alot of time going back and forth with my undesivatness. Even looked at other location for what I was looking for in my Jeep. Once I made a decision he got everything rolling while I was at work and worked around my schedule. When we arrived they had all the paperwork ready to go over and sign and the Jeep detailed and full of tank of gas. Everyone was helpful for start to finish including setting my app and phone up to the car. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Back in the spring my husband and I bought a new truck. All services we were rendered were great. All questions asked were answered. And because of such great service we came back to them just recently to buy a car. Again the most professional service received. Recently I have been in the market for a new ride. Just happened to come across Westgate Hartville & they are top notch. Great group of guys who make you feel comfortable while trying to figure out what you want to pull the trigger on. So many perks were given along with the reasonable price for a very nice Dodge Charger. They have a great lot full of great options!
The best part wasn’t the price or even the car. It was the communication made over the few days of looking, the genuine feeling that they care, and the connection made between customer and seller— You got two Tony’s and you can’t go wrong talking with either one. And management with Cory is awesome.. I will do business with these particular people again!
