Heavyset man. Has worked here a few years. Is nasty rude! Accused me of shoplifting and o knew I had not ever done such so I called 911. Even when he realized he was in the wrong, it was still nothing but a terrible attitude from him.

Linda at the front register encouraged me to join the Care Pass savings and has assisted me in taking advantage of those savings fully. Taylor in pharmacy assisted me in straightening out an insurance issue for my elderly dad. I feel like the staff at CVS Hartsville really care about the customer and the appearance of the store and making you feel welcome.

They are rude there and they don't give you any discounts to help you when you are paying out of your pocket for medication. They're definitely losing my business I'm telling everyone don't go there trying are the worst pharmacy ever

No toilet paper in the 2 holders, 1 roll on the railing against the wall. Open hand sanitizer bottle ON THE CHANGING TABLE?? Bleach cleaner in the corner. Paper towel also on the changing table which I don’t have much confidence it was cleaned very recent. Just distrusting…

scheduled an appointment online to get the new covid vaccine and spent thje time online to complete the 20 questiuons, etc. showed up at the appointment time only to be told they did not have the vaccine. very frustrating and one of the employees didn't even care about the issue.

This is primarily a post because of the asinine review by Emma Starz from what I assume to be 2 days ago. This CVS is one of the cleanest CVS stores I have ever visited. Unfortunately many people who shop at this CVS are ones who feel entitled and Emma is clearly one of them. She failed to show what was disgusting in the bathroom. So what there's a changing table with hand sanitizer on it? It's not a nasty plunger left on there...it's sanitizer so calm down Karen. What? There is a mark where the rail used to be? Many people who shop there and arnt careful so things break so get over yourself. Funny enough you had the audacity and the ignorance to post only about the bathroom and not the store. If the bathroom is not to your liking I'm sure the store is accepting applications for you to get hired and fix it. The staff here is always so friendly and I can tell they are proud to help everyone that shops there when other CVS staff at other locations are very rude. This store is one of the busiest in the area so if it's such an issue there's a Walmart down the street with two bathrooms you can critique since you have nothing better to do with your time. People in retail are not beneath you so quit acting like it.

Employees are nasty acting towards you, and act like they don't want to do there job, if you don't like you job leave and find another one, should never take someone 2 hours to get a prescription, when it was called in by a doctor. Just ridiculous, I will just change to Walmart, or some where else.

Never have medication in stock and won't tell you until you try to refill and then your out for weeks or months. Every time I go in there are people complaining about their meds and wait times I can even hear people in front of me at the drive thru exchanging words about not having things like insulin . I have not been able to get 2 of my meds filled in the last 4 months despite other pharmacies having these meds. Don't waste your time or money.

I have been a CVS customer for a long time. I have used the Hartsville, SC location for three years. Recently, this store has gotten much better. The drive-thru is faster and the in-store shopping has been more pleasant. The store is organized, clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Called about a prescription. Pharmacy said they were out of stock so I discussed what was in stock and let them know I was calling my Dr to change the prescription for my son. The Dr immediately sent the prescription over but when I called back before going to the store the pharmacy said they were out out of stock. This happens frequently. When I spoke with the pharmacy worker she was very rude and said sorry we did have it earlier but now we are out. It was after the Drs office had closed. Therefore my son is without medication for another day.

There are no working lights on the back side of the drive thru. Also there is no lighting at the hwy 151 entrance. This is and has been a consistent issue. I have mentioned this issue to up and ups on site. They laugh and say corporate won't do anything about it. Such trash. Last week, I turned in and almost mowed over a car. It was clear they didn't know where the lines were due to improper lighting. I couldn't just stop on the highway and back up the traffic. I just went over the curb with about 2 foot of my vehicle on the asphalt and the rest on the grass. Another everyday occasion getting around the curb from the parking lot. You can't see anything. You have to turn on your high beams to see around the curve to get back to the highway and practically block traffic. Which begins the process from the first issue. End of the day. Have efficient lighting installed!

The pharmacy messes up the medication so when I have the doctor call and tell them they then shut the door on me after I waited in line for 30 minutes waiting on them. When I explained that they said we open at 10 am.
