Original post: I asked manager "Austin" to resolve issue. But, he said "Shaun" would talk to me instead. I gave Austin my contact info, but Shaun never called me. Issue: I asked them not to use tire shine since I live on a dirt road. I looked at my car afterwards and thought the tires were just still wet with water. I drove straight home and realized dirt was caked on the outside of my tires because they DID put the oily shine stuff on my tires anyway. I went back and asked that they remove it for free. Austin made me pay again to have it removed through the washer. He said if I had been a "member" I wouldn't have to pay to have it removed. The company definitely makes more money off of me in general as a non-member. So, I don't understand that reasoning. This scenario of "please don't put tire shine, but they DO put tire shine anyway" happens to me at this location quite often. But, this time I decided to speak up. ? I will update this review when someone from the company contacts me. Austin has my number.”
