Walked right in and asked for help with my tire. The service tech immediately went out and looked at my tire, found the screw and plugged the tire. Very seamless process and extremely courteous staff

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I never had problems with my car until I brought it to Brads Automotive. I had them do a simple realignment and oil change. Next thing I know my AC goes out so I take it to them and they charge me 400 bucks to fix it. They said they saved me money and it was just the belt that came off. they told me to drop it off Friday and they would have it for me by the end of the day and they kept my car for a week and I found out by a neighbor that they saw them hot rodding my car around town. My AC goes out again not even a month later so I take it to my trusted mechanic in fort mill and he says the belt slipped off because they put a belt over the existing belt and they only charged me 120 to fix it. Now my trusted mechanic tells me my transmission is about ready to go out. Brads Automotive was so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. The main mechanic has meth mouth so bad his teeth are rotting out of his head and looks like he has not showered in a month. If I would have known he was the one working on my car I would have went elsewhere. The owner is oblivious and is never there and does not touch the cars or have them ready when he says he will. Do not take your vehicles here you will regret it like I do.

Kenie, one of the mechanics, was very helpful and explained what he had to do in great detail so that I knew what was going on. And he was nice enough to get my car back to me asap, because I needed it before they closed.
They have a new customer for life. I already recommended my daughter to them.

They were super helpful! Helped me get my window rolled up because it was stuck, didn’t take long at all and everyone was very nice, if i ever have car troubles again i would come here

Brad was so nice to work with. He helped my daughter get her window up when the motor broke and saved us a lot of time and money! Highly recommend him. Such a nice guy!

I took my outback there to have an electrical diagnostics run on it and I was seen fairly quickly. Brad had his employee run the diagnostics on it, they found the code and reset it, and I was never charged. I can't tell you how impressed I am today with the service I received here and if I have anymore issues in the meantime with my vehicle while I am working here in Hartsville I will definitely be taking it back here.
It's not all too often that as a female I find a reputable and honest local mechanic who I don't feel like is trying to take advantage of me simply because I am a woman but today Brad proved otherwise. He showed me nothing but respect, which put me at ease, and made me feel like I was a valued customer walking into his shop. Truly, I'm grateful for this experience as it shows me that there are genuinely honest and fair autoshop owners out there who actually care about their customers regardless of whether you are a male or a female. I would highly recommend going there for any vehicle issues that might need fixing as Brad will definitely make sure that you are taken care of in a professional and fair manner.
Thanks again, Brad! Your good deed did not go unnoticed today!!

Highly recommend Brad's! I showed up without an appointment to look at my Jeep radio. He fixed it on the spot and even showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again! Great service.

I pulled up to Brad's because I had a question about some error lights that came on my truck and he stopped what he was doing to help me. On top of that He diagnosed what the problem was, looked up the part number I needed for me and told me where to go and get it in all of 5 minutes. This man knows what he is doing 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Brads Automotive!! I can into the shop and they ran a car diagnostic test for me for free just out of the kindness of their hearts!! I will definitely be returning to them with any of my car needs!
