“Our freezer was going out. The temperature was at 30 degrees and wouldn't go down. We stopped by Newsome and they ordered a new freezer at near the same price as Lowe's sale price even though Lowe's didn't have one in stock. The next day we discovered the freezer was fine, it was the thermometer that was defective. Newsome agreed it was funny and agreed to cancel the order without any cost to us. We returned and ordered a new refrigerator that we had been looking at. Again they gave us a good price and included delivery and moving the old refrigerator down to the garage. Super nice people”
