Got my truck fixed and the truck stopped in three days. I feel he knew it was the motor and still fixed the transmission knowing the truck will stop . He just wanted the money and did not care that I would be out of a vehicle.

I called for a quote for a flex plate on a 2012 Volkswagen routan. The owner said they don't work on foreign cars. Which is hilarious because a routan is all Chrysler drivetrain and a routan is a grand caravan with a Volkswagen badge.The quote was for a broken flex plate. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any shop as ignorant as this one. They obviously have no knowledge of vehicles and very little if any common sense. I took it to a shop down the road for repairs and am back on the road the next day. Glad I didn't because reading reviews this shop is a scam.

I haven't even had my car a good month...Paid $3000 for a transmission that keeps going bad every 2 weeks...Every time I take it back it's a different problem...So disappointed with this company.Service: Transmission

Terrible place to take your vehicle. My truck was seen for the first time mid aug. 2017. Had it back for 2 weeks and transmission went out, had it towed back up there 2nd time back it lasted 1 week. Took it back again. 3rd time i had it 1 day!!!! 1day! Dropped it off mid December and didnt get it back untill the 11th of april 2018. Yea 2018 ( they argued that it wasnt under warranty any more in feb and march, buy it never ran right every time i got it back, It sat at there lot for months. )this las time i got it back its still not right but im tired of them. It slips stating gears off and feels heavy. Its holding for now going on 3 weeks but it aint right for sure. It turns off when put in gear after first crank. And my touch screen DVD player was stolen while sitting in there lot. They said they were not responsible and were not paying for it.

I gave my car to this repair shop to fix issues. With transmission starting in December.. the issue seem to be fixed for about 2 weeks then started again. Sent. My decide back in which they wanted to charge me 75 for towing to get it back there. Supposedly they fix the issue again but problem occurred again after another 2 weeks .. it’s now April and they have had my car this last time going on 4 weeks .. leaving me without a car and paying for rentals all this this . I ask for a refund for the 1900.00 I paid them and they stayed they don’t give refunds but they obviously can’t fix the issue and is really costing my a lot of money .. I will be reporting to the bbb and trying to process small claim .. I just tried to call the office and the number was disconnected .. if I could give zero stars that’s what it would be
