The area of its location is not in a good area be ready for that surprise $150 deposit they're going to require aside from your room rental charge which takes 10 business days to get back onto your card they don't tell you that until check-in time they advertise it has a pool when you get there they tell you the pool is closed it's broken a small walk to the pool and I discovered the pool really was working and look very clean they just didn't want to open it The ice machine is broken there's no tray to hold anything no I will not be going back there

Room was dirty- esp sink and bathroom. Rust on door just overall unclean. Someone was fixing his pick up right next door. The sound was loud and the smell of oil and gas was awful.

I’m a property inspector that travels a lot to the Hilton head area for work and I always stay here. Great rates Always friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Coffee all hours. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have a pool and restaurant on premises. Parking right in front of your room. Easy access to I95 .,lots of contractors stay here. . Highly recommended.

Room was recently renovated but was still gross. Floor was extremely dirty, turned our white socks black, bathroom was tragic. Location was very loud. The a/c was intermittent and extremely loud. They do not provide cribs for infants. Woman at the desk was very rude. The bed was fairly comfortable. Overall I’d advise everyone to stay clear of this hotel and Hardeeville all together.

Don't let the beautiful remodel of the front lobby fool you! The room has a smell of smoke and filth, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, seen a roach, walls were nasty, both ice machines were broken, TV had an annoying line in the middle of it, the floor felt gross walking around in shoes (didn't even take my shoes off to see if my socks would end up black), and I didn't even attempt to go look at the "free" breakfast. I did check my beds for bugs (I do this at all places) and did not see anything but, just go ahead and knock this one off your list of stays. Sleep in your car if the other hotels nearby have no vacancies.

This is probably the best one I've seen in the past few months very clean the lady @ the front desk was very nice and helpful the reason I know this is clean is 2 letters UV you don't have to take my word for it just get one and try it for yourself I take this thing every time I know that I'm going to get a motel and it has not let me down yet been doing it for years doing it will give you peace of mind knowing that your room and bathroom towels sheets pillows are clean I'm not someone who worries about germs to much but when you are paying for services then you should get your money's worth when I post this it is because I want everyone to know what happened with the motel industry it's cheap insurance and peace of mind for $ 7'00 dollarsRooms: Very nice and cleanSafety: For the most part it feels good you can feels that you are ok the lady @ the front desk was very helpful

Terrible! Smelled musty. Definitely needs updating. Rooms all face outside where drunk assholes sit outside and talk at 1a.m. The staff nonexistent. I asked for bottled water, to which they directed me to a vending machine. No prices on selection. Ended up leaving at 330 am after the second drunk group came to the hotel. Don't bother with this hotel!

Rooms are in need of an update. One of the beds was a roll away cot with 3 thin mattresses stacked on top of each other. Bathtub had mold and was not cleaned properly. Floor was filthy. Pool was closed.

I got Ate up by bed bugs! I have bites all over! Had to get prescriptions too at least help the itch! They moved us from one room to another starting they were putting as new mattress in. So THEY KNEW they had bed bugs and roaches, I have it ALL recorded. They wouldn't give us a refund at all and hung up on me! My body is fun of bed bug bites and I'm the one who gets hung up on! DO NOT GO HERE! I don't care how much you're trying to save!

If I could give ZERO stars! Bed bugs!!! Customer service was trash. They refused a refund! We came with PROOF of bugs and they refused a refund! This place was a safety to my health and my families. Let alone no smoke alarm in the room.Rooms: Room was smell, blood on comforter. Beg bugs. Roaches

Me and my family stayed here on a trip. The front desk staff was excellent.The room was great and very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy and housekeeping were friendly. The breakfast was great. We got everything we needed for the day ahead of us. Also I would recommend stopping by the restaurant, they had great food and service. The pool was very nice and pretty clean. Overall a great experience and it deserves five stars.

Booked a King Bed room, it was spacious. Both room and washroom was clean.Includes microwave,mini fridge, hair dryer, iron with iron board.Had a complementary breakfast which was decent, includes bread and butter, bagel, waffles( plain and strawberry flavor), coffee, apple in fruit, juices( apple, orange), egg, cereal.Rooms: Clean, spacious room with bed, office table and chair, sitting chair with ottoman, TV, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and iron board included.Safety: Stay was safe, location was safe.

Great location close to the exit, Convenient restaurant on-site, Room we stayed had everything we needed to our satisfaction. A very good breakfast was a bonus on top. Lady at front desk was really nice too. We will definitely re-book here.

Not worth it. My wife booked the rooms, when we got there the doors to the rooms are all exterior access. The locks were new. The room was average, seemed clean. We got in late with our kids and just went to bed. Got up the next morning to get going. Shower was broken, couldn't get it to turn on. Could have taken a bath, but there were smears of dirt. After that I didn't feel like it. Told the person at the front desk, and basically was told, oh sorry. I will check it out. We didn't try breakfast. Figured if the room wasn't clean why risk it.

Pool was closed and I was under the impression that it would be open. No iron available in room but had a ironing board lol. Room had bugs, but nice looking and clean looking. I don't like that I was charged online and charged at the service desk so that's a double charge with no receipt available. He said because it's a 3rd party but I don't understand why he can't give a receipt for what he charged on my card at the desk. I don't recommend and will never stay here again.
