I thought Mark in the deli section was doing great until rude supervisors and management showed up to further the stress of a bunch of retired people being upset at how long the line was for sandwiches....
Like.... If you think there is not enough people working
...
Hop in and help.
Every manager/supervisor/store rep that is in charge of "telling people how to do their jobs" should be doing it themselves when they can clearly see the store is busy....
Just cause you got promoted at a grocery store doesn't mean you shouldn't actually hop in to actually work when you see your staff is being flooded.

I’ve been shopping to this Publix for over 7 plus years, All my experiences been good but today was the worst.. Went by there earlier today to get some groceries. So I decided to stop by the deli section to get a sub.. Here 3 associates playing “Who’s gonna assist the black lady”? .. Never have I ever felt so racially profiled until today… ??So, I told them don’t bother.. I’ll just take my black business elsewhere… ?

Deli, hot food, bakery and service is always great. I'm always happy to get the fresh cuts of salmon and other seafood.. I've also gotten some beautiful flowers from this Publix. I also like that they do offer a good variety of healthy foods.

This is a rating on the deli/hot food portion of the store I’ve been coming here for months for my lunch and I can’t tell you how many times the price has been different. Every time on top of all the portions are always here and there. The only reason I continue to come because regardless of price, it’s usually cheaper than going to McDonald’s, for example one day I can come and get the same meal and it will be A different price or a different portion. Sometimes I’ll have to argue or make a comment to the person serving me previously got a different size And frankly, I’m getting kind of over the hassle of dealing with the same thing every day. At least at McDonald’s, they have consistency

This is probably my favorite Publix of all time! The employees down at the food place, the hot food place, or the subs, or the sushi, they're always so nice! We really have only came here for lunch! I don't think I've ever bought groceries here! It has the best kept secret because you can go upstairs and relax in their little dining room they have private bathrooms up top and even a sink that you can wash your hands before you eat! I wish all Publix had this feature! We probably come here once every week or two! We love it!
