I'll start with the positives. I had a great buying experience and Zoe was awesome to work with.I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and have driven about 6k miles. The car that was sold to me had bad rotors, which was news to me as you are promised frequently during the buying process that the vehicle is put through and extensive inspection before selling. I bring my car in to be looked at for this problem that occurred so quickly after purchase and am brought out a quote for $1,800. Politely expressing my frustration with Phil about this issue so soon after purchase, he replies that there is nothing they can do about it to help and that "it passed safety when we sold it to you."I highly recommend looking elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. The poor service from Phil told me all I need to know about how they treat you after they've got your money. This dealership represented they don't have any interest in building repeat customers with the service I received. Brakes and rotors are jobs that have to be done at some point, but not after 6k miles of use.

Had oil & filter chg'd. Chk'd/filled tire w/air. Unfortunately, I had to return to the dealer because low air pressure light came back on.

Four years ago my husband and I first dealt with HH Lexus when we purchased our RX 350 from Matt, a brand new salesman there at the time. He could not have been more accommodating throughout the purchasing process, and even beyond when he came to our home weeks later to help us understand and navigate through a number of the features of our new car. He would even call every few months to make sure we were still enjoying our vehicle!! Sadly, my husband passed away a year agoand in June I was in an accident in which the car we loved so much was totaled. I immediately contacted Matt to request his help in finding me a replacement as closely matched to ours as possible. He could not have been kinder, more compassionate, and dedicated to finding exactly what I asked him to do for me. In other words, Matt and everyone at HH Lexus treated me like family and helped me through one of the most difficult and emotional times of my life. There is no doubt in my mind that I will never deal with any other dealership in the Hilton Head area, and will refer everyone I can to Hilton Head Lexus.

Hilton Head Lexus has become our family’s go to dealer. Form purchase to purchase - and service to service - HHL has cared for our needs. Our sales person, Matt, spent time understanding and meeting our needs and made sure that we were cared for. I’ll never forget my husbands reaction when he walked into the show room and fell in love….with a beautiful cherry red RC300! Service has also been great. What a pleasant experience my husband and I had purchasing a Lexus at this dealership. We had not purchase a car in 15 years, so we needed someone with patience and expertise. We had visited other dealerships that same day and made our final decision with Hilton Head Lexus. Maria helped us to understand all the new bells and whistles. We went on a test drive and all of our questions were answered. Then it was off to Matt, who took care of all our financials and questions. We felt so comfortable with Matt handling all of our paperwork. Everything was taken care of and that evening we drove our new car home. We were so pleased with every aspect of Hilton Head Lexus.I was having some difficulties with some of the new gadgets after not having a new car for 15 years. I called Matt, he said come on over and will have someone help you. I went there and Sean spent much time with me to navigate all my questions.I have gone there for my free car washes and enjoy a nice cup of coffee while I wait. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I love my new car!

My husband and I have purchased three RX 350's with Lee at this dealership within the last two years. Lee was attentive and knowledgable about all of the vehicles we inquired about. He answered my many phone calls and texts. I never felt like I was inconveniencing him even when I stopped by unannounced. If he was busy, then Matt with the finance team would answer all of our questions. Speaking of Matt, easiest finance guy we've worked with at any dealership we've purchased cars from. Very straightforward, knows his "stuff" and is never pushy about any additional products. (The additional packages are worth the cost though). We are now Lexus fans for life and will continue to purchase at Hilton Head Lexus.

I had been looking for a particular Lexus SUV for sometime, and Matt notified me immediately when the HH/Bluffton dealership received the car. The car is perfect, and the purchase transaction was quick and straight forward. Thank you Matt! It was a pleasure doing business with you, as always, since this car was my third purchase with Matt.

When I realized chip booth was no longer in sales I was bummed. He’s always been top notch. When I met Jon I knew I was in great hands. He was truly the greatest and so helpful in the sales process. I think Hilton head Lexus is lucky to have him. Cam was very easy to deal with closing the deal. If you’re in the market ask for Jon. He’ll make sure you’re well cared for.

I bought a Lexus from Hilton Head Lexus on 11/24. Jennifer was my sales representative and she was amazing and communicated greatly with me. I have had such displeasure with Matt, the finance manager. I was told that the dealership would take care of my registration/tag information, but it could be up to 45 days for registration to be mailed out. Four weeks later (on Christmas Eve!), i was being pulled over by police because my registration was expired. I reached out to Matt on 12/26. He had no update about my registration info, but he did mail me a new temporary tag. That still left me riding with an expired tag for another 3 days. Yesterday (1/15) i called Matt once again about an update and he said “I have an email from 12/27 that says you paid too much for taxes so we had to resend all of your paperwork.” Ridiculous. It’s been almost 60 days and his lack of communication has been frustrating to say the least! Today i went to the tag office and was told that I did indeed pay too much for taxes and that my registration was just processed 3 days ago. This process has been more difficult than necessary and i am extremely dissatisfied. However, i do want to thank Jennifer for always being willing to help in any way that she can!

I was initially drawn to this dealership due to the availability of the car I desired, even though it meant a two-hour drive within the same state. After reaching out over the phone, an Internet sales representative connected me with a salesperson. We engaged in a discussion about the vehicle, and considering my out-of-town location, I emphasized the need to assess my trade-in value before making the trip.The salesperson assured me he would provide an email address in a text message for submitting the necessary information and photos of my current vehicle. However, after waiting for approximately 45 minutes without receiving the promised message, I contacted the dealership and spoke to the same Internet sales representative. Shortly after, I received a text from the sales manager and promptly submitted all the required details and photos.Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication thereafter, with no response for around two hours. Frustratingly, when I emailed the salesperson, I was informed that the requested photos were not received, even though I had indeed sent them. Despite my response to clarify, I never heard back from the manager the same and the next day. It seems the salesperson may have been unwilling to engage with an out-of-town customer. Two days later I purchased a vehicle in another dealership who provided a much better customer service.

A very professional and pleasant car buying experience. But, two weeks after purchase, the car had issues and it's been over 24 hours waiting for assistance from the dealership. All we got is "we'll call you back"

I always have the best experience at Hilton Head Lexus location, Their facilities are great with a private waiting room with massage chairs (great to decompress when are waiting for service). Very professional staff. If you need a diligent service ask for Max.
