This dealership adds an added markup to their vehicles of $2,000 for window tinting and paint protection and, unlike other Lexus dealers, are unwilling to eliminate them.
I suggest you speak with nearby Lexus dealers before making your purchase decision.

Worst customer service dept. They continue to rack up bills but still can’t seem to fix car’s properly. They are grossly overpriced, but lack the knowledge to actually do the work that necessary on the vehicle.
Literally have experienced this with several of the Pittman automotive dealerships.

We bought a new GX550 from Chelsea and had a great experience. We were able to get one of the first ones in our area, and my wife loves it. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience from start to close. Cam handled the paperwork and had me in and out in less than an hour. what more can you ask for.... Highly recommend.

We went yesterday and got my mother in law a new lexus rx350h. She loves it and the staff here were so polite and knowledgeable! I have never owned a lexus but they almost sold me one too lol. Great place and Highly recommended 5 STARS

I truly wish I could add five more stars to my review. Had some customer service issues at another dealer and decided to try this dealer. BEST choice ever! My entire experience was outstanding. Picking up our new car, everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. If you want 10 star service, I enthusiastically recommend Chelsea Campbell, you will not be disappointed. Went today with my 86 year old grandma. I am also in the auto industry, and am a service advisor who works at an Audi dealership in TX, and the last thing I want is for my grandma to get taken advantage of by a sleazy, rude salesperson. Went to the VW dealer down the road and had a horrible experience. Keiondre was AWESOME. Didn't buy today, but was so pleasant to work with, and did not feel any crazy pressure. Understood the fact that I was not looking for a new car necessarily, but maybe a CPO, or lease turn in. Helped to explain the differences slowly to her, and in a way she can understand. She will be back to purchase a vehicle, and I appreciate Keiondre being respectful, and not showing a crazy amount of pressure to purchase a vehicle. THANK YOU KEIONDRE!!!

Amazing experience! They have a beautiful facility, but it's the employees that make it great, from the top down to the detail crew. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I very highly recommend Jennifer Castillo! What an amazing young woman. She was respectful, polite, funny, patient and extremely knowledgeable. There aren't enough adjectives to describe the outstanding customer service Jennifer provided to us. Thank you for making the process painless!

I just purchased a 2018 Lexus ES350 at this dealership and found the sales process to be the most pleasant experience I have ever encountered in a vehicle purchase. The sales consultant, Brian Luna, was very pleasant and helpful. We initially discussed details about the car over the phone and he personally verified the condition of the car noting any cosmetic flaws which were few and provided pictures. Since I lived approximately 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership, I did not want to make the trip and be disappointed about the car's condition. He was spot on with his assessment and the condition of the car was practically immaculate. I strongly recommend him as a sales consultant. Matt was the sales manager that assisted in my purchase and Jon Cenatiempo was the business manager that handled the documentation closing process which was the fastest and easiest that I have encountered. No sales pressure was applied during the closing process for the purchase of dealer add-ons. He simply stated what was available at the time of purchase and did not try to persuade me with additional warranties, etc. I hope this dealership maintains the current philosophy in place as it pertains to car purchases and never make it the dreaded process so often encountered with many dealerships. I will definitely consider them for any future car purchases.

Purchased my 2024 Lexus LX from Hilton Head. They put a paint protection on my hood that has caused bugs (dragon flies) to leave a residue when they hit it that won’t come off. Service department is EXTREMELY unprofessional and downright rude! Managers don’t call you back at all and are usually gone. To top it off, the lady handing out snacks/coffee offered some to all of the guys dressed up but my husband who was in his shorts and t-shirt was disregarded! Clearly buying a $113,000 car means nothing now.

After having incredibly frustrating purchasing experiences with two different very large Lexus dealerships, I contacted Hilton Head Lexus about an RX350 that I saw on their website. The difference was night and day! Zoey and Phil were incredibly responsive and so easy to work with and we put the entire deal together in very short period of time by phone and email. I never even went to the dealership because I live three hours away. They had the vehicle delivered to me. There was never even one moment of frustration with the purchase processs. The business manager Phillip was also very professional and helpful. This dealership understands and demonstrates the true meaning of customer service! If you too become exhausted at just thinking about the vehicle purchase process, I highly recommend Hilton Head Lexus. I my experience, bigger is not always better.

Bryan greeted us and walked us through the entire process, proving to be both personable and knowledgeable. Every person we encountered in the chain of command provided excellent customer service, fair pricing, and further solidified my decision to stay in the Lexus family.
