Getting the pharmacy open is tough. They do not open when the hours say they are and it makes it very difficult for people who work to get RX.

CVS is a good pharmacy to use but I don't need vaccine alerts ? cause personally I don't trust vaccines and honestly no one should be getting vaccine shots. Seriously the biggest problem we have in this country is vaccine shots ? you can call it what you will but these vaccines that are giving out especially to kids is worst then actually worst then what ever vaccines that the FDA as approved ?I'm not saying it's y'all's fault but y'all are going by there guidelines ?. But still asking and wanting people to the COVID shot ?. Give me a good example why people should get the COVID Vaccines ?

Sad really. A big lightskin girl refused to fill my prescription due to policy, understandably so. She said they can not fill paper narcotics prescription and sent us on our way. In excruciating pain I didn't notice until pulling off that only 1 of 3 prescriptions were narcotics. We return to give her the other 2 and she tells us that no pharmacy will fill the paper narcotics prescription. Ok ma'am that part of the problem is no longer your concern and apparently someone will because my doctor is still handing them out. It Didn't feel helpful or as if it was done with good intentions at all.

Pharmacy is outstanding. Pharmacist Brian had name brand Z pack when Walgreens Okatie rudely said they haven't seen the product in 15 years and could not fill (done with them). Brian was swift, helpful and graciousness in my time of dire need. Thank you for having the drug and treating me with respect.

This is now my permanent Pharmacy. The pharmacist Ricky is truly empathetic and caring. He goes above and beyond to get your medication and to have it in stock for refill. He works to help you find the lowest possible cost. Every pharmacist could truly take a lesson from him to learn how their customers should be treated and cared for. He's very knowledgeable about the side effects and interactions of meds so you should be inclined to take his concerns seriously. I'm a nurse and have been for over 20 years. He's the reason I've made this my only Pharmacy ♥️.

Excellent customer service and very responsive. Ricky was a a real professional and addressed my concern and solved my issue. Pharmacies are not always known for their customer service. This one is the exception.

This (pharmacy) staff is awesome. Working in tandem and getting it done right! I was helped by Ms Rachael at the register. Ms Rachael deserves praise for being attentive, courteous, professional and aware of her team’s needs. We were also greeted by a gentleman, who was not shy of introducing himself, which started the trip off right. Being acknowledged by friendly staff not only makes the consumer feel recognized, but it also introduces them to you as someone who is there if you need help. Keep it up guys. Very happy with our local store.

What a disaster. Hospice faxed in scripts for my dying mother (on a Sunday) and this couldn't have gone worse. The staff has no idea where the script was and saying they never got it. The staff is extremely rude and uninformed and short staff so no one seems to know what is going on. As if I'm lying about medications called in for my dying mother. The physician finally received the fax that was sent over three times and only said he got some of it. They need an organization leader here on staff immediately. I keep having to re-approach the counter and ask for an update when they should be updating me as it comes in I don't understand it.

This pharmacy location is lame, my 16 year old son had is thumb bent back to the point it broke playing football. Yesterday 10/16/2023 he had surgery in the afternoon and they put a screw in his thumb. We went to pharmacy after getting out of hospitals at 7 pm to get pain meds script filled. They tell me they can not fill it until 10:30 am next day that they were to busy. I'm no one special but I do give them a ton of biz, for them to allow a young man to suffer is really to me inexcusable. I will be taking my business' back to Walgreens.Wat to take care of your customers.

The pharmacist is good, but prescriptions/medication is always out of medication, gives the runaround and just says that they’re out of it when already confirmed that they did have it. Just poor service leaving those who need medication without them.
