I understand you need people to speak Spanish but they definitely should know English that makes no sense! And having a young girl who doesn't really know what she is doing spending 20+ minutes per customer while a line forms doesn't help this poor store

Not open when clearly it says they should be open...Rude ,lied when I asked for corporate office number,said there is no number to call and complain about rude customer service... definitely needs to be retrained or not left alone to deal with customers...20 minutes late opening
