Maintenance request marked completed and never done. Compactor is disgusting and a safety and sanitary issue.Have sent numerous request for street light (out over a year) and entrance light (out over 6 months).Parking is horrible. A resident should have a designated parking spot in front of their section.

Great if you need a fast place with not too many (visible) serious issues. Gate electronics need an update for sure. Go check em out!

My Mother and I toured Courtney Bend Apartment today. The Office staff was amazing!The grounds and amenities are absolutely beautiful. The apartments are very spacious! The community seemed quiet. I am definitely considering Courtney Bend for our future home!
