“5-22-23 Had the first appointment of the day with a banker. We needed Wells Fargo to endorse our insurance check for our home in South Florida. The positive here is that Wells Fargo is where you need them to be. Therefore on a Monday morning in South Carolina after making an appointment online two days prior we are in and out quickly. We met with personal banker Lina Rodriguez and she was great. She is very knowledgeable and we had no issues. They pull up our mortgage for our house and than endorse. We than take a photo and deposit online to our bank so we can start getting repairs done. Thank you for your Southern Hospitality as well as your restaurant recommendation for breakfast.”
“Very professional and wonderful service. The only issue I have ever had with them is the hours are not always consistent but I believe this may be related to staffing and the pandemic so that is very understandable. Otherwise very happy with this branch and service is top rate!”
