“Took my car in due to the brake lines rusting and the brakes not working, so it HAD to be fixed. Friendly staff and once the problem was identified I was given a surprisingly affordable estimate (I was expecting much more). Though the service took longer than expected (1-2 days turned into 3 days, but that’s happens with fixing cars), but they did the job and now I am up and running again! They also helped fix the seal on my tire/rim that kept losing air. All for a reasonable price! Thanks guys! :)”
“Xavier Diaz was my salesperson, and he did an excellent job. The Q3, in the color I wanted, was delivered on time a few weeks ago. Closing was smooth. I recently had the windows tinted and Xavier got me a loaner car for the afternoon. He made certain the tint job was completed that day. I know if I have any questions about the vehicle that he will provide the answers. He is very knowledgeable. I will recommend him if anyone is looking to purchase an Audi!”

“AMAZING SERVICE!! (12/21/23) My daughter was driving north on I-95 headed to VA & hit a big pot-hole causing her to pull over to check for damage. Small cosmetic bumper damage but she "noticed" a ticking sound emitting from the front of the car ... after calling me & us checking her fluids + dashboard for lights, we decided we needed to have it reviewed by an auto mechanic in order to make a "good decision." The 3 local Chevy Dealers couldn't accommodate "today" & the earliest available was Wed, 12/28/23 - 7 days away!I found Palmetto online & noticed they had some really good ratings w/ solid reviews. I called & asked if they could help a "dad" out w/ a daughter sorta stuck at the stateline ... not only did they say to come in (w/ less than 2 hours to close), they immediately looked it over.Mechanic or Owner called me about 20 mins later & said he thoroughly reviewed the engine, oil pan & other lines beneath the car - found no structural or mechanical damage. The ticking turned out to be the bumper assembly ... some temp body screws & we were good-to-go!Here's the best part - they told me they weren't going to charge me ANYTHING & wished me a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! MIND BLOWN!!! I insisted they write up a diagnostic invoice for $100 bucks & at least let me put some cash in his pocket!!WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE - WOW!! Wish I lived closer .... these would be my "Go-To-Mechanic" for sure!!”

“Great place, extremely helpful and competent!!! I lost my belt and tensioner pulley on my drive from Maine to Florida while hauling a trailer on Christmas Eve. Barely made it off the exit. They came with their tow truck, helped me unhook the trailer, hauled me and my dog back to their shop without complaints, fixed my truck in an hour, came back with me to my trailer to help me rehook it and turn it around, all for a very reasonable price. Very very nice people!! Highly recommend!!!”
“Dont let appearances discourage you.. Miss Willy Mae is a sweetheart. "Shorty" is their lead mechanic. A literal short Spanish speaking guy that is a giant of a proud man and a genius with vehicles. You will not beat their price anywhere. They have a very very large scrap yard of all types of vehicles to pull used parts and in great shape in my experience. They pretty much restored my entire truck and I would have never been able to do it without them.”

Had our whole life in the 2 cars. and they left there Christmas party to come and help. Really generous people! Even stayed later so we can get our stuff that was important to us.
