“I phoned triple A yesterday at Lowes food store in Summerville. SC. Unfortunately, learned my lesson of yes placing my purse in my car along with all the items I just purchased and I had been at 3 other stores prior to Lowe's food store final stop. Locked the keys in the car with my phone my triple A ID everything.I went into Lowe's food store Sandy was so great there and allowed me to use her phone to contact Triple A. Twisted Hook Towing and Recovery arrived within 30 minutes and Harvey was so courteous and costumer service was outstanding. “A large oak branch fell and completely destroyed the side-view mirror on my new car. As I work nearby to the Mount Pleasant location of Better Collision I decided to let them handle the needed replacement and repairs.
That was a great decision! Alexis kindly and professionally greeted me and Brian provided me a quick estimate when I stopped by, without an appointment, on my lunch break.
When the replacement parts arrived I was able to easily schedule a time to drop off my car for the repairs, and even pick the car back up at the end of the day. The repairs were done beautifully, and as a bonus they gave my car and thorough cleaning inside and out - that's just great service!
Alexis and Brian were a pleasure to work with throughout the process, keeping me updated via phone and email - and always reachable when I had questions for them.
I would not hesitate to work with the team at Better Collision in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.

“My Honda Odyssey went completely dead after driving it to Sullivan's Island. I called AAA and within 60 minutes, they called back saying someone would meet us at our car. We figured it might be the battery, so they sent someone with a battery to test it. They also knew we might need to buy a battery to replace our 3 year old car battery. Sure enough the batter was at 0%. We were SO fortunate to have Devante meet us at our car and he was the NICEST, most PROCESSIONAL person ever. He explained everything that was happening, and we did need a new battery. he had exactly what we needed. It was convenient, fast, and super effecient. I asked for his car because if i ever have something wrong with our car again, we'll for sure request Devante again. 10 stars!”

“My sons car broke down All the ways towing showed up. JAMIE was our tow truck operator. What an amazing job he did. Wasn't the easiest to get up on the bed of the truck because of where the tire lower control arm broke.but somehow Jamie figured it out and what an amazing job he did.
