I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. You can read the complaint submitted below:I ordered supplies via Uline which were delivered by Saia.I paid for inside delivery which cost me $473.07The driver arrived and refused to provide inside delivery.Not only that, but he left multiple palettes which weigh literally hundreds of pounds in the MIDDLE of a road which is used by a half dozen locals. The driver carelessly blocked the road and refused to even move the palettes to the side of the road which would have cleared the way for local traffic to move in and out.For about 15 minutes I stood there speaking with the driver and explaining to him that I do not have the equipment needed to move palettes and he does. He did not care. Eventually a neighboring car had to pass through and use the road. At that point I gave up and started cutting up the palettes with a box cutter so I could manually remove each box out of the road and out of the way of traffic. The driver had the necessary equipment to easily move a palettes but he refused and called his manager.His manager, John Hawley, was completely apathetic to the situation and told him to leave. I stated that they are creating a hazardous environment by blocking traffic I may need to call the fire department to move palettes so that they are quickly moved out of the way. They did not care. I also told him that I refuse to accept the delivery as is and would not sign for it and again, he did not care and left without my signature which is against company policy.I want to emphasize that I have received MANY deliveries from Uline. And NEVER have I been a part of such an unprofessional, careless and unsafe experience.Please note, I do not own the road where the packages were left so this company did not even deliver the contents to my actual property.

Bad customer service, wish I could give 0 stars. Takes OSND weeks to start searches. They gave my product to another warehouse who ended up selling it before the OSND clerk (who i tried to contact over 100 times) could locate it. Lost $100,000s in future business

Steven delivered a large 625 lb box of equipment today. He was very professional and friendly. Got the box off the truck and put it exactly where I asked him to.

incapable of managing their inventory or communicating with a delivery recipient. cost me vacation time and money only to have them declare something undeliverable without discussion.hadn't heard from them in almost a week then got a call to confirm the delivery. hadn't talked to anyone, and got off work to come home to this.

I am on third day of trying to get a truck to my business for a pick up. They seem to not want business. I'll never use this company again. They suck!!! If I could leave one zero stars I would.
