They need to learn how to retain their employees. Always long lines and 1 or maybe 2 customer service check out people. I love this store. However, their turnover is severe and not good business.

Expensive, but a gorgeous grocery store with lots of great items you'll never find at your Walmart corner grocery store.
My ONE complaint is that they allow PETS to come into the store! Which puts legitimate service dog teams at RISK.
After speaking to a manager about how a large husky puppy had just lunged at my REAL service dog, she informed me that employees were NOT ALLOWED to ask questions of customers who bring in animals! "Company policy."
Legitimate service dogs are passive! So, being attacked by a PET places the service dog and handler in danger.
PETS do NOT have public access rights. Neither do "comfort animals". Only legitimate service animals, who perform a task for their handler.
Distracting a service dog could cause them to miss a cue to action! This could have DEADLY consequences for the handler!
So, I ask you, Lowe's Foods:
Would you rather tick off a customer by asking if their animal is a service dog & what task does it perform for your disability?
Or be SUED because your policy allowed a PET to attack a legitimate service dog who in turn missed the incoming heart attack or seizure?
People. Please. Leave your PETS at home. Somebody's life may depend on it.

I recently had a concerning experience at the Lowe's location in Hanahan. I observed what appeared to be profiling of young adults who were simply trying to shop for items for a sleepover. The individuals were wrongly accused of intending to steal, and were threatened with police involvement.
It is understandable to remind customers not to put items in their pockets (I would like to see a policy where this not allowed and asked to be showed a policy while be accused of stealing at check out), but it is unacceptable to use scare tactics and threats of arrest. Customer service skills should be reevaluated by Terri who tried to bully and scare two young boys who were shopping with their mother, in these situations to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of age.
I was disappointed by the lack of intervention from the manager on duty, who seemed more interested in getting me out of the store than addressing the issue at hand. As a result of this experience, I will be exploring other shopping options in the area and will not be returning to Lowe's.

I live near Lowe’s grocery so on Saturday morning, August 17th I went to complete my grocery shopping on Saturday morning so I could get it out of the way for the weekend. I did my shopping with about 3/4 of a buggy. It was about 845- 850 when I went to check out there were no cashiers present so I went to the self check out.The scanner kept saying please place your item in the bagging area which I had already done . This is not my first rodeo doing self checkout! I was aggravated. I asked the self check out clerk if there were any cashiers available because I had a large order and did not want to continue with the malfunctioning self checkout, I was told no one had shown up yet. Instead of trying to help me solve the issue she went back to her post. At that point I decided to leave my buggy there and go to my local Walmart Neighborhood Market and do my shopping all over again!! What a waste of my day!! It’s sad when Walmart has 4 cashiers available and you have none!! Get it together Lowe’s !!

This store blows always an aggravation..attitude from older skinny lady up front who accuses people of theft..small portions with deli food...self checkouts not taking cash...8 bucks for a tiny pork sandwich

The cold brew coffee in the store is amazing, I’ve gotten it multiple times and it never disappoints. The grocery store itself is very clean and organized too.

Fails in comparison to the other Lowe's food in the area
Why are the prices at Lowe's anywhere from $2-$5 more than other grocery stores for the EXACT same product? Prices are already high everywhere but that is down right ridiculous.

Excellent staff, very little wait time if any at all, best fresh sushi and sashimi at the store entrance, as well as a great and friendly deli for a quick lunch grab-and-go!
