I can't explained how much I really appreciate them in doing repairs on my trailer. I was in NEED OF 2 EQUALIZERS along with nuts and bolts for my PJ trailer and wow!!! Thank you for everything and for putting me back on the road!!!

Met with the owner and his employee 2 weeks ago after getting on the schedule. I wanted to reserve a spot and then bring the trailer down to have them look at it and confirm they could do the work. Spend 30-ish minutes there and all was well. Told them the manufacture of the trailer based this repair at 2-hours as it was under warranty and all was well. Fast forward to yesterday when I called to confirm the appointment and the employee stated that it may be an all day job as there are only 2 people working and the "phone calls and walk in customers" take priority over a trailer repair. Side Note - without my trailer, Im not working. Felt uncomfortable with the employee as he felt the need to tell stories of when the Police raided a KOA he was "working" at due to a drug addict "injecting a couch full of heroin". Owner seems like a nice enough guy - severely lacking communication here. I wish all of this would have been ironed out BEFORE my confirmation phone call. They may have parts upon parts in stock - but look elsewhere for service needs.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant people to work with. Sold parts for us to completely rebuild the suspension on my trailer for a good price with a lot of help from them getting the right parts the first time. Would highly recommend!

Great resource for often neglected maintenance and repairs. Had tires and an axle replaced on another trailer. Cost was very fair. No way it's worth doing it yourself!This time preparing for a 1500 mile round trip with another trailer. 16 year old tires with full tread, but don't trust them! Dry rotted trailer tires fail. Also found a noisy bearing, so we replaced both hubs.Most likely something would have failed on my trip. Less than two hours and $500 for all new moving parts, and my trailer is good as new for a cross country trip. Much better than burning up a whole Saturday to save less than $100!

Have been to Iron Knight Trailers several times and wouldn't consider going any place else. Sonny knows trailers ... period. On my last trip, they made some adjustments to my boat trailer while doing some other repairs. It's like pulling a whole different boat now ... night and day difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Got straight in and straight out! Sonny didn’t try and over sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, made good recommendations, and had exactly what I needed to rebuild my pontoon boat trailer! They have just about anything you could need for a trailer in there! I will be going back....many times probably! Highly recommend.

Sonny did an excellent job finding the replacement boat trailer axle I needed and getting everything lined up in just a few hours. I installed the axle myself and it is just what I needed. I recommend Iron Knight Trailers for anything trailer related.
