If I can give you Charleston bums zero stars I would! Somebody at the facility really stole my package and they try to cover up for them how wen my package came it got scanned it but not delivered to my house and this was over 3weeks yall are sad at this place!

Ordered a bed from Nectar. Still have not delivered. Was told it was on the truck so I couldn't pick it up. But the driver told us it was to heavy and he didn't want to mess with it. Customer Service is a joke, and completely unwilling to do anything other than make a note. Do not use them.

Package was due Aug 15th, it’s now Aug 21 and we still don’t have our package. Called 3 times and we get the same people who probably aren’t even in the country and can’t understand them, no fault of theirs mind you, but still they can’t do anything except tell us they will put in a claim and “assure us” it will be delivered the next day. They’ve said this 3 times now and still nothing. I get there may not be enough drivers out there but seriously then everyone’s packages would be late. Last week I had 10 bags of feed from chewy delivered on time so why not one package.

I have had a package out for delivery since August 6th. I’ve called twice and each time so frustrating. They tell me it’s due to high volume and basically, they don’t know when it will be delivered. The earliest possibility is the 19th, which will be two weeks that it’s been local. Meanwhile Amazon, UPS and the USPS have all been running just fine. They offer no solution, no priority for the wait…nothing. Current status shows it’s in a truck for delivery today, but she just confirmed that although it IS in a truck, I won’t get it today. It’s an item I need for work, but if I reorder, I risk this same issue again if it’s shipped with FedEx. What incredibly horrible customer service.

I'm tried of paying extra for my packages to get them a week after the date that they were supposed to be delivered this is bullshit UPS is far more better than FedEx any day of the week

I have a package that got to this location 2 days ago and has not moved since. I live 20 mins from ladson! The delievery date has been changed twice and I’ve called fed ex with no help as to how it still hasn’t been delivered. I had another package from a different company come from fed ex the same day this package was supposed to! Do better or at least keep people updated on what’s going on!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The driver actually pulled into my driveway, sat there for about a minute then pulled away and marked my delivery as attempted delivery with nobody there. Do we nor understand that most people have camera systems now. I called customer service and they told me unfortunately since it was attempted it would have to be attempted next day. This is the worst service, I didn't even order from them I ordered from Amazon and I hate that it was sent through them, because drivers don't even do their job.

It is weird that every time I have a delivery on Saturday it gets marked as "attempted delivery", but no one ever attempts to deliver it. If you are going to lie at least pull up in front of my house and pretend to attempt to deliver it.

Driver lied said he attempted to drop off the package on the first day I was outside working on the car he never came by. Second day said he came by did not, third day was supposed to drop it off at a pickup location did not. Customer service regarding the incident was abysmal.

I've never experienced such a poor delivery/customer experience before. Our delivery date has been changed over 5 times, and I receive multiple texts and notifications with conflicting information throughout the day. Is my package being delivered to my address? Is it supposed to be picked up in Ladson? No one seems to know.
I've called FedEx Customer Service AND the local Ground office here multiple times- each person has told me something completely different about the whereabouts of my package. This package is worth over $1K and seemingly cannot be tracked correctly. I have no clue what to do- I am beyond frustrated. The other reviews seem to offer similar concerns. I would rate this Ground office 0 stars if possible.

Over the last 6 months or so every order I have that comes through Ladson FedEx gets delayed for days. I have to keep contacting the supplier and then it mysteriously arrives. I’m absolutely done. It’s not the suppliers fault it’s FedEx. I’m done ordering from anywhere that uses FedEx. This place needs either new management or shut down. I’ve had it with FedEx.

This is now my third high value purchase that has been out for delivered and delayed for an “operational delay”. I’m actually in shock at how a company that delivers packages could miss the mark so egregiously time after time. It’s not holiday season, so I don’t see any excuse. This seems like an issue that would fall on the dispatcher for poor route planning. Please do better. This is unacceptable.
