Each time I get the same cashier in the pharmacy. She never looks up at me as she asks the routine questions. Hands me by bag and change, and says nothing. The manager, Don is no better at customer service and will actually argue with the customers. This CVS in Hampton has been going down hill for several years.

I was charged close to $70.00 for 2 prescriptions. I have medical insurance and I also have a prescription card. I gave it to the lady at the pharmacy just to be handed it back and for her to tell me that my cards are only for the doctor's office. I had to pay full price for a prescription that my insurance would have covered if she had taken the time to enter my information into the computer. I will no longer be using CVS pharmacy because of this. I'm switching to Carolina Pharmacy where they actually acknowledge my health insurance and prescription card.

I have been trying to get in contact with the pharmacy at the Hampton location for over an hour today to refill a prescription that can only be filled by talking to the pharmacy. This is ridiculous and unacceptable when you wait on hold for over 30 minutes twice today and still can't get through to the pharmacy!!

This was the most rude and non professional pharmacy team I have ever encountered ..they was rude to my wife and when she left obviously upset due to having her leave for an hour then came back and was closed for a half hour lunch while still there..I went inside and was told that it had not been an hour and little did the lady know I made a call from there prior that marked my time...I am contacting cvs and making complaints of the team being racist towards the white patrons and obviously combative and extremely rude only to white customers....

Cvs in Hampton SC is the worst place to try and get a prescription and no one takes the time to answer the phone, I finally gave up after 30 minutes. Done with this place.

I came in today to get a prescription that was sent in by my doctor. I waited in the drive thru line behind some other cars for several minutes hoping when I got to the window the prescription would be ready. They told me that they had no record of the prescription. So, I left to kill some time. But, I called my doctor’s office and they confirmed it had been sent. I returned a few minutes before 1:30 pm and was told by the clerk that they were closing for lunch @ 1:30 pm. I was not aware of their lunch policy and feel like I should have been served. When I expressed that, I was told everybody knows that and basically just shut down right in front of me. I have also had a few issues with prescription refills. I have received texts stating that a prescription is ready and got to pharmacy and it wasn’t ready. Where is the “Great” customer service these days?

The pharmacy has had problems for years, but now the clerk is refusing to check out customers, arguing with a hearing impaired customer, and refusing to help. Self check out should be an option, not a requirement, and rudeness to customers should never be allowed. So disappointing.
