Always a great stop, about 1/2 way to Disney for those that still drive from the northeast corridor. Has gone down hill over the years but still nostalgic.

Great place to stop and recharge! Folks are friendly and place is clean! Granted you'll see a 100 signs to stop, but it's a memory that you'll remember!

Low prices for a low budget hotel.
Reasonably clean.
Lots of fun stuff around it.
Indoor pool and outdoor pool.
You get your own private parking spot.
A front door to your parking spot, and a back door towards the outdoor pool area.

Edit: This was a 5-star review as I've stayed here multiple times, but this last stay was the worst.
First, we stayed for 3 nights, and they put us over in the 700 building across the street behind all the other buildings. There is no ice, and there are bugs (see pic). I didn't get a pic of the German roach, but at least it was dead. This is an old room that is not used much, it seems.
On our last day, we went to use the outside pool. There is no parking if you do not have a room over there, so we parked a ways away. We saw some neighborhood kids on bikes park at the gate. They were admitted by lawn guys or staff through a locked gate, and they were swimming. Mind you that guests have to have a daily bracelet (which we had) to swim here. So daily, you have to ask permission to use the pool. We circled the pool walking/trying the gates to get in. They were all locked.
We gave up and returned our towels and permission slips for the pool. The staff were told, and they just said okay. Why insist that paying customers get permission to use the pools but let in neighborhood kids?
Not a good stay. We won't be back.

We didn't stay here, but it seemed nice. Pools looked clean and so did the lobby area. Front desk personnel were helpful. Very disappointed though, because they do not rent to locals.

Definitely a time warp. Felt like I was back in 1984 Mexico, burnt orange bathroom, stucco interior.
The room was large and perfect for dogs. No carpeting.
Beds were bounce and on wheels.
TV was meh.
