We stop on the way back home, and had one of the best chicken wings ever, many type of sauce to choose from, the wings where well done, crispy to perfection and without plumage on it, they didn't have that poultry odor, and the bourbon sauce wasn't that spicy, well done guys.

ghost town for sure. women’s bathroom smelled BAD like used tampons and the floor was really sticky. entire place felt a bit scary.

Excellent service! Used the restroom and it was clean. If you purchase goods with debit or credit there is a minimum of $10.00 you have to have or overall to make the purchase. Highly recommend!!

I liked on here there's most the time parking available it doesn't get real pack very often but there was once in awhile it will be super swamped in here and you won't find the place in there to park but it's very rare. They have a really great steak house right across the street. Some people might think that it's little bit high on their prices. I've always had big portions of food especially their steaks and they're all you can eat salad.

Pedro's Pantry is nice little gift shop. We always stop by when we make it "south of the border" to pick up a few bottles of the best ginger ale I've been able to find anywhere.They've also got a selection of cotton candy with the most interesting and delicious flavors that I've only seen here.The staff is always friendly. The refreshments are always refreshing. And the shopping is always fun.I'd recommend stopping by and checking it out if you're ever in the area.

We made a quick bathroom stop here and wow. Just wow. I understand it being hard to keep up with people constantly coming in, but in all honesty, it looks like no one EVER cleans the bathroom, I felt like I needed a shower after this stop, never stopping there again.

Worst spot ever, terrible bathrooms, looks like a busted down shop. If you eat from here you would most likely catch a disease. DONT RECOMMEND

Racism so blatant that it smacks you in the face! The entire "Pedro" cartoon, sombrero, and "South of the Border" theme park are deeply offensive, racist, and cultural appropriation at its worst! It is insulting and degrading, and based on racial stereotypes of Mexican people and their heritage. Places like this in fact, alienate those whose culture is being appropriated. The entire "South of the Border" display, bilboards, sombreros, etc., are disrespectful, and exploit Mexico's cultural elements, which have become distorted and lost. Not only is this place obscene, it is foul, run down, and the food is awful... certainly NOT authentic Mexican food!

I was Sold 3 Newport 100 Cartons and Charged for 8 Cartons , Horrible math for the cashiers who work Monday April 26th Closing Shift , I was ripped off for almost 600 bucks . I don’t recommend there business. I trusted there word and got ripped off , A**holes

We went in to shop today and when I mentioned to the young female cashier that wearing her mask with her nose uncovered defeated the purpose of the mask, she glared at me and refused to comply.I would think that when people are coming to your business spending money keeping you employed, the least you could do is follow basic COVID safety protocolsThe employees at all of the other South of the Border establishments did what was expected of them, perhaps this young girl doesn't need her job.......

I know South of the Border is dated and everywhere looks like it has not seen cleaning products in decades but I think this shop is the worst that I have been into on the property. I have been in this particular store on the property several times throughout my visits to South of the Border. Almost every time I visited this store, there were at least ten people on line, waiting to pay. You can pay for gas, get snacks and drinks, souvenirs, and I believe lotto and cigarettes. The store is really not that enticing. It is dirty. The flooring is super old. There is dust on many of the items. The freezer items have like an inch of ice on them. The most recent visit into this store, I was looking for ice cream. It was after midnight and not much was open. I thought maybe they would have something decent in the freezer but I was wrong. I browsed a little and saw nothing that caught my eye so I left. If you are looking for decent quality, I would head to another store on the property.
